My only complaint is I expected more heat from the gochujang. The Bonchon is essentially a flight of pickled sides: sweet pickled cucumbers, sweet pickled carrots and daikon (similar to what you'd find on a Vietnamese banh mi), and a well-fermented kimchi with mild heat and great flavor. We also ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Soup, and thought we ordered "Chow Fun" noodles -- but "Chow Faan" is actually their fried rice dish. Word of caution: if you want their take on Chow Fun noodles, order the "Beef Haw Fun" instead.
