Some cheeses will be a constant fixture in this store, but as the seasons change, so will some of their offerings. Not every cheese is available to sample, but co-workers will allow samples of whatever was opened that day. That makes sense, for most cheeses taste best at room temperature. Do note that the cheese wrapped for sale, cannot be cut into smaller slices and re-wrapped, like some other cheese stores. Requesting a smaller portion, may not be done - but management, please correct me if I'm wrong. I asked both wife and husband about this and received mixed responses. Certain cheeses are expensive and it would be helpful to know if your cheese sold, could be cut to certain sizes.

It is filled with fresh bread, baked goods and most amazing pies, fresh fruit and vegetables. But all of it hides this amazing sandwich shop that has one of the best Philly Cheese Steaks.
