The children are VERY happy, the staff is SUPER friendly, and they have GREAT security features to keep the children safe. There are always fun events for the kids and parents, great communication from staff, clean environment and a great tuition cost, considering how well your child is cared for! I would highly recommend Storybrooke to ANY parent that wants their child cared for by amazing teachers! Ms. Brenda (infant teacher) and Ms. Whitney (1 year old teacher) are absolute gems, but the entire staff, especially front office, are really amazing!! I was not aware there was a balance because my Procare account showed a $0 balance. I was willing to resolve the issue and explained that I could make the payment at 1 PM, but she stated we would have to leave the building and return later. And proceeded to be very nasty and mean My son was recently out for over a week due to pneumonia, and she proceeded to say she was "losing out on money" because he had been absent. That comment was extremely inappropriate, especially coming from a "Christian" school. There is no compassion, professionalism, or proper communication coming from this individual ANGELA THRASHER Regardless of payment issues, there is a time and place for these conversations, and it is completely unacceptable to tell a 4-year-old child that he is "not welcome" in front of other parents and students. The situation escalated, which ultimately resulted in my child being disenrolled. I truly pray this woman finds peace AND GOD and learns how to treat families with kindness and respect, because this is not how anyone should be treated at a Christian school.

Clearly there's a reason this preschool/daycare only has a three star review, and I'm going to guess that a lot of it has to do with the teachers and their nasty attitudes. Also, I didn't happen to catch her name, but if you happen to know who I'm talking about (white woman, middle age, blonde hair)-- I implore you to let her know that striking up conversations with mostly unwilling civilians inside of a dollar store, just to be rude to them, is a very bad idea.
