I ordered online, strolled in, and my bag of food was already waiting like it had been saving me a seat at the table. Efficiency like that deserves its own Yelp star. The pasta fagioli? A little thin, like it forgot to bulk up. The bleu cheese dressing? Same story--lacked its usual thickness and pop of flavor, like it needed a pep talk. But then came the baked ziti with eggplant... cheesy, saucy, bubbling with flavor. Honestly, if comfort food could text, it would've sent me a heart emoji right then and there. And the garlic rolls. We went with friends last night for dinner. Haven't been there in quite a while. Always the best food and great service, but I must say it's time they renovate the restaurant part. The booths are horrible. The tables are sticky,and the cushions on the seats have no cushion on them ,it's time they remove all the booths,and just replace with tables and chairs.! We told them it was our first time and they brought fresh garlic rolls and even let me try the soup, all were very good and tasty. We got a large cheese pizza, which was crispy and kid approved. My first stop for dinner with an old friend while visiting took me to one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Florida! So many choices! I opted for lasagna, my all-time favorite! And oh, was I happy! Layers of pasta, cheeses, meatball and sausage slices! Excellent sauce! This was heavenly accompanied by a nice salad and garlic knots. And enough for lunch the next day ! Friend got the chicken Marsala and I must say, I envied those mushrooms and the whole fabulous looking dish. She said it was excellent. The server was terrific, bringing me extra sauce, and giving us lots of time to catch up and chat away the evening! The food is as terrific as it was before I moved. So happy about that. For dinner, my family ordered a large pizza with ricotta & mushrooms well done and thin. Moving on with this review, the pizza was pretty good. For starters, the sauce had a nice robust san marzano tomato flavor. The pizza itself had a decent cheese to sauce ratio, and that slightly chew/bite to it. We were a bit disappointed that the mushrooms they used were canned and not fresh. In addition, I thought the crust could've been crispier. Despite this, we enjoyed our pizza; and before I forget, the service was extremely friendly! Both management and servers really make you feel at home. Overall, I'd be open to coming back here and trying the entrees. My verdict for Pepperoni Grill for now is a 3.8/5. read more

Our server was congenial and totally helpful (and patient) in taking care of our group of pickleball ladies looking for a good lunch venue. Many ordered their over-sized portions of pasta, lasagna, and specialty pastas. I loved my own selection of a super fresh, stacked salad full of sauteed mushrooms, zucchini and eggplant with a delicious honey mustard dressing. After having played on the courts this morning, I ate quickly, fully satisfied after pairing one of their soft rolls topped with melted butter and real garlic pieces. it took an hour and 15 minutes to deliver a pizza and an order of spaghetti just around the corner. everything was ice cold. The delivery man said that my order was laying around until another order was ready to go because they're short on delivery staff and he has to wait. he had no receipt for me to sign. I spoke to MD who was quite rude and he asked me what I want him to do. I asked him what he thinks is the right thing to do. His response was "the next time you order"and then I stopped him and I told him there will not be a next time. I would never order from him again. He should've taken care of the situation right then and there either offered to take back this cold food and send me a hot meal or something to address the issue right then and there. This is not the first time I received cold food or the pizza was not well done last time. I ordered bread instead of fries and I still got fries and no bread. I have no complaints about this place. My wife went with a friend the day before and I sampled some of her food and it was so good I had to go back to get my own. I'm glad I did the food was just as good. Everything was made fresh to order from scratch and you could tell that it was. I had the stuffed shrimp, the wife had the shrimp francese and the little one had spaghetti with a meatball the size of a baseball literally should have seen his lil eyes. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza delivery on a Friday night to put down my hunger. A very pleasing lady answered the phone and took my order. They delivered as promised in about 45 minutes.
