Clean clothes here every week and haven't ever had a problem. Tonight, as I'm leaving, the door was locked on the side at one point and was back open. As I'm leaving, the heavier set lady working threw something at the back of my truck and scratched some of the paint off. All because I used the side door, as well as other people too. Unfortunately, living 1 minute away, I'll be going to the next closest one from now on. I've spent thousands here, especially at times washing so many clothes, I'll spend $80-$100 at once (I sell clothing for a living and wash everything before I sell them). read more

The staff was extremely responsive, helpful and courteous! I was in from out of town and desperately needed to get a load washed early in the morning for work. I also was only able to pay with credit card. The staff answered the phone early in the morning and was knowledgeable. At the store, the staff was easily accessible and helped me with some needs. Well, I can't complain, but I also can't give a lot of praise. For me it's convenience that brings me here... close to home for me. I don't have a lot of dry cleaning really. Service seems a bit grumpy at times, but everything I ever dropped off here was ready by the time promised, not a single lost item or damages, and always clean. The place is not the most visually pleasing spot. Parking can be tricky, well actually more the getting out of the parking spots with traffic going every which way it can be hard to get out. I used to come here once a week to do laundry before I had my own washer and dryer. The Laundromat is always busy and you best try to stake a claim for some real estate so you get a chance to rustle up a dryer and have a spot to fold your things. read more

I'm so surprised by the negative reviews because I had a great experience getting my wedding dress and my husbands suit cleaned after a day of outdoor photos and and night full of dancing. The items came back looking great and earlier than originally estimated. What made me the most happy, was my husband had left a charm in his jacket pocket and while it didn't come back to us when he picked up his suit, when I went back a week later, it was in a envelope and attached to the bag with my dress! read more

Got to bring the kids while you do your laundry well this is the place to go,they have a play Area upstairs.They have a lot of bells & whistles not your normal everyday laundromat.Also has a dollar tree & a bar across the street.They don't stay open 24;closing the laundromat at 10pm. read more

Summary: Hard for a dry cleaner to distinguish themselves. Meets expectations I've been coming here for 4 years on and off. I was on a first name basis with Brenda. My laundering needs fell off (work related) but still bring shirts in. Brenda is no longer there, which makes me a bit sad, but that's part of life. Anyway, they provide a bag that allows me to drop my clothes off. I don't need to wait, which is nice, as traffic at this intersection is terrible. I can drop my clothes off, I get a text when they are done. My clothes are always clean and they note any spots that were stained (always my fault). As other reviewers have noted, getting in and out of this location can be difficult, but as this is close to work, it's convenient. read more

Fabric Care Center has changed the way I handle dry cleaning forever. Gone are the days I forget to pick up my clothes after work or have to go out of my way to drop off a bag full of dress shirts. I learned of their home delivery program a few months ago and decided to give it a shot. Dropping off my clothes now consists of hanging them on my front door on a Tuesday or Friday and Gary picks them up from my house. Grabbing my newly cleaned clothes means grabbing em off the hanger on my front door three days later. What was nice just a hassle is mow an afterthought. Aside from the delivery service, the quality of Fabric Care Center is incredible. I turned to them after an issue with my previous cleaner and they have never disappointed. My clothes always come back looking better than ever. Recently, they made my wife's day by getting some "fake tan" out of a dress she wore at our rehearsal dinner. After giving up on it when another cleaner tried twice and said there's nothing more they could do, I figured I'd take a chance and throw it in the bag to be picked up. Three days later I was able to show my wife her like-new dress and she instantly became a fan as well. Cheers to never stepping foot in a dry cleaner again! read more

I took a jersey wool dress that had never been cleaned and it was returned to me nicely cleaned, "pills" were removed (which I didn't expect) and the dress's beautiful shape had not been stretched. I am very satisfied with the results and the price. They also cleaned an old flat-knit reversible coat that hadn't been worn in years because of the pills and dinginess of the fabric. It's red color seems vibrant again and it is cleaned nicely. For fine fabrics, this cleaner knows its business. I haven't had them clean any of my lesser-made garments, so I can't say how the low end of their business performs read more

I had my coat cleaned here and they messed up the collar. I bought it back and the front lady (Brenda) was rude and said it was cheap fabric and almost didn't take it back to get repaired. The coat is only 2 months old ad worn only 2-3 times a week. My advice, seek other place to take your dry cleaning as they don't care about your clothing. read more

UPDATE! I gave Rick an opportunity to "fix" the issue. He called to tell me that he'd had them "re-stretched," and pressed. Well, although I appreciate the effort, that's not how you "fix" heat damaged polyester and spandex! There are no words for how unprofessional this has become. It's only a one star because you can't rate them a zero. My dryer had been disabled, apparently an extremely rare heating element, for over a month. I took a large load of clothing in for wash and fold. When I dropped off the clothing, I warned Rick "well, I guess I'm the manager, the owner is a really good friend of mine" (that really was a quote) about a pair of bright red pants that I had concerns would run even in cold water. I had already separated the colors and cold/hot, and assumed that they would at least pay lip service to the fabric care tags. Never again. Overall, they faded two tops, destroyed the fabric of a pair of Limited capri, and shrunk a tunic length shirt and pair of Express pants.They ruined two pair of dress pants (Limited and Express, not high end), and claim that they'd gone to the stores to prove they hadn't shrunk. After I explained that they had been washed with the twill pants that were cooked, Rick exclaimed "that's weird, you can really apply heat, and this material doesn't shrink." The material is polyester and spandex.... there are no words for the ignorance. I had taken proof of the faded bra, shrunken shirt. Apparently, I should dismiss the proof I had, as Rick has "reassured" me that there was no damage. Just don't do it. You're better off buying new clothes. read more

These guys at Fabric Care Centre are simply wonderful. They aim to please. My driver is very nice and always prompt. The work is always done right. In my opinion you can never really know how good a company's customer service is when everything goes according to plan. So the following is a situation where Fabric Care Center proved to me that customer service was their number 1 priority. I was called today and informed that one of my shirts had suffered some color loss on a shoulder. The employee at first explained the issue and that there are multiple things that can cause this, some on their side and some on the wearers side. Some of these issues I was unaware of and am now better educated. However, it seemed as if this particular shirt would not have come into contact with any chemicals while I was wearing it that could have caused the color loss. So the employee had come to the conclusion that it was most likely an accident at the cleaners. And before I could even ask what they were going to do to make it right he offered "I have already looked online and cannot find an exact shirt to replace it with but I have found one that is as close as they still sell. If you would like I can order it today in your size to replace the shirt I have here" This employee had already done the research on the shirt and tried his hardest to find an exact replacement and when he couldn't he found something very close. He was also prepared to replace the shirt before I even had voiced whether or not it was a new or old shirt or how disappointed I was. That means to me that the employees here stand behind an ethos of "Do the right thing". It is great to see people take pride in their work and try and give the customer the best experience possible even when it seems as its all doom and gloom. And just to be clear this is the FIRST article of clothing I have ever had an issue with at Fabric Care Center, their service is perfect 99% of the time and the 1% it isn't they do everything they can to make sure it doesn't negatively effect the customer. Been going here for almost a year and didn't have this problem until they hired a new attendant. They have a play area for kids but she doesn't let the kids run or have any kind of fun. Their playground equipment has been broken but there isn't a sign or anything on it. Somedays it seems fixed but will cone apart when kids are playing. I was told I should stay in my vehicle if I didn't like it. I guess I will just give the health department a call. Just disappointed because my kids used to enjoy playing there but now they hate going. read more

I have been a happy customer at the Fabric Care Center for several years (not for all of the 50+ they've been around, but the past several, anyway). I've had them do shirts, dry cleaning, and have used their "wash & fold" service. They've been great: orders are processed quickly, correctly, and affordably, their hours are convenient, and the desk staff are pleasant and take time to get things right. I will look into their pickup and delivery service (which I use from another company when I'm in Texas, and have found it to be very convenient to just leave things on the porch and have them returned there). When I have time to do my own laundry, I use their attached laundromat - it's clean, well-lighted, well-staffed, and they have free wi-fi. Today's experience of taking in shirts and wash & fold was consistent with the great service I've received all along. read more
