I was a concierge at a nearby hotel and I would hear from our guests daily about how they were treated poorly. Now they have a new policy that they don't return shoes after 6 months. But on the Nike app it shows all purchases from years back. Why have the app that shows you purchases if the store won't take back brand new items. No where does it say this in stores or online. I have hundreds of pairs of new shoes that they refuse to trade in for new releases. I am done with Nike. Their clothes have lost all quality, and they are selling cheaply made designs on the showroom floor. I suggest going with an American alternative

I have zero reason to do it other than wanting something right then and there - and I did! I wanted a little gift to bring home to my son, since he's a runner and I was in Eugene.
