After letting the paint dry, I noticed a lot of inconsistencies: - There were parts of the wall near the bottom edge that were not painted. - A 1ft x 1ft section of the wall looked different and had a different texture - There were spots that were overlooked - I noticed roll marks and brush marks on the walls, which made the walls an inconsistent texture I contacted Pro Painters the next day to have him come back to complete the job. We agreed on a Saturday, the day I was off. Afterwards, he said he could not come on a Saturday because he had another project. I tried to work out another solution for him to come at a time I was available. He was not responsive. I had to leave a voice mail, email, and even had to consult my attorney to figure out what I should do to get him to respond and because I already paid him in full. After multiple tries, he finally agreed to come on that Saturday (the day he originally agreed upon but then later cancelled.) If you want your walls to look professionally done, Pro Painters is not the company to hire. If you want your walls to look OK at a reasonable price, Pro Painters is your choice. Also, note--he does not take out his trash.
