This place is impressive inside -- definitely not your typical Starbucks or Tim Hortons. The design is modern and upscale, and you can tell they invested in creating a high‑end atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, and my order was ready within 2-3 minutes. The coffee tastes great -- mild to slightly bold -- and I also tried the cheesecake and tiramisu, both of which were outstanding. They taste like true European desserts: not overly sweet, very pure, and full of flavor. If you've had desserts in Europe, you'll know exactly what I mean. Overall enjoyable experience. We knew we were getting a new coffee shop in the area, and we were pretty excited. We tried to visit the Troy location to try first before this location opened, but we were unable to find parking, and had to leave and go to another coffee shop. Luckily, we were able to find a spot to park and a nice spot to sit, it seems like this location just opened. What I was really excited for was their iced pistachio latte. It did not disappoint! First, it is very beautiful presentation, especially if you stay there. It comes in a glass with delicious pistachio butter spread around the sides. The coffee was nice, the drink was overly sweet, and is highly recommended. I was also excited to their their milk cakes and had the pistachio, of course, to start. It was light and delicious. We also tried a hot mocha. The presentation was beautiful, but it was not quite a good as the iced latte, the coffee and chocolate flavor was not a strong. The prices are also a bit high for me, but that will not stop us from returning soon. The people working here seemed very nice. When I returned my tray they asked me how it was and said they hoped I return again soon. This was nice, since I appreciate they aim at having return customers, but I feel like that will not be a problem for them, the place is only a couple days old and it was filling up fast with a lot of guests. The interior is stylish and clean. I love the tables with cafe chairs on one side and a couch on the other. I would like to come back and bring the kids. They would love it. I would like to try their cafe miel, the Cuban and Turkish coffees, the peanut butter cup milk cake, their Spanish coffee, and maybe even the avocado toast. Super friendly service. I ordered the % latte but didn't want sugar in it just the spices, he easily adjusted for me. They have coconut milk which my friend ordered in her latte which she enjoys. I loved the honeycomb bread and again appreciated the ability to omit the honey drizzle on top! Super clean and decent amount of seating. Many people working quietly wit headphones. What you are seeing are an eat in order and a to go order. We dined in food was great (2nd picture). Now I don't know if this had anything to do with it but we tipped on our first order. We then ordered an avocado toast to go which we did NOT tip on. We opened the avocado toast to go and it was a pile of bread and a pile of avocado. Not even on the toast. My daughter and I went here for some Mommy and Me time and it's her birthday week so baby gets what she wants. The food and drinks were so so good. It is pricey I will say but I still love to support local owned coffee shops so it's worth it for us once in awhile. The space was comfy it was full of young adults working on the mot computers. It was quiet bathrooms were clean and beautifully decorated. It was seriously one of the best strawberry lemonades I've ever tasted. She let me taste hers. read more

Great aesthetic, however they need to work on processing times. I've come here twice, ordered inside, each time about 10 minutes to get my coffee. With 4 staff and no lines, I'm not sure why there is no sense of urgency for time. read more
