Blueys Best Day Ever is a new show in Disneyland. It's located in the main theater area next to Toon Town and It's a Small World Ride. We ended up watching the first show of the day at 11:00 A.M since we were in the area. There was just a short line outside the theater around 10:30 and cast members started to allow everyone in around 10:40. The show was a fun filled celebration of Bluey episodes. There was interactive games and lots of live music with band instruments and singing! You'll see characters like the grannies (my favorite!), and Unicorse! We did try out some of the foods while watching the show like the Pavlova Parfait and the Poffertjes! Poffertjes! The Poffertjes were yummy. They were like mini pancakes with powered sugar. I would get those again. The Pavlova Parfait was good too. The show was about 20 minutes long. If you're visiting Disneyland for the day, and fans of the Bluey show, I'd recommend watching it! There is no AC in the theater area, but it is covered.

I was waiting at the intersection on Brookhurst St's north side at the red light waiting to turn right, when a certain car from the south side of Brookhurst St turned left and cut right in front of me, thereby blocking the intersection. What they were supposed to do is go straight through the intersection and then make a U-ey and get in line properly like the rest of us. - The vacuums were non-operational that evening. Wish they had mentioned this in advance. The eventbrite tickets didn't mention this. - The rear windshield of my car was still very dirty after the wash.

And I just LOVE the idea of them getting through your window and hopping into your car! I had some really fun and spooky interactions with a few of them. I understand they don't have much room to work with as far as set pieces, so if you're looking for themed rooms or facades like the hayride, this is definitely not for you. Given how long the wait was last night (though understandably as it was the Saturday before Halloween), versus how much time was spent actually experiencing what the haunt had to offer, I just don't think this experience was worth the price tag. Speaking of the price tag real quick, I also struggled to understand the validity behind their pricing tiers online. The prices change based on what time you say you're going to be there in line for the attraction. But it didn't seem to matter. I played the honest game, and bought the ticket for the time I said I could arrive , but I think I spent an extra $15 for absolutely no reason. I don't think $44 is worth a car wash and 5 minutes of interaction with actors. In my opinion they still could have made this a 4 star haunt if they hired more actors. There were SO many cars in line once you got on the car wash property and I think it was grossly misused by keeping their actors in one small area.

The whole aesthetic here seems to be a combination of Japanese and Chinese horror which to me is super creepy... i mean, Ju-on (The Grudge)??? I went with a group of four but they only let two in at a time. There was no line which was strange being that it was Halloween night. The staff was really friendly and even asked if we wanted it less scary or really scary. I chose "less scary" because of the two girls with us that were afraid :P‍ That said it was still eerie and had a good amount of scares. The best part is (again) the style of costumes and viewpoint of horror, spirits and ghosts in Asia. I won't spoil the specific scares but there is one part in particular where I had an "oh hell nah!" moment 0_0 The maze seemed kind of short, maybe 7 minutes, but i wasn't counting. There weren't really any extravagant special effects which could be good or bad depending on the person. I feel a haunted house can be good without all of the over-production. That said, this does feel like a lower-budget haunted house, but at $15, I found it to be worth it and my group had fun too I hope this maze gets more business because it could be a little bigger and get more staff for scaring. It's such a refreshing take on haunted houses though and I want this place to be around for more Halloweens!

Munsters vs. The Addams Family is a themed burlesque show put on by the Yost Theatre in Santa Ana…read more The show itself was an hour and a half in length and featured 8 girls of various shapes and sizes. The show was filled with humorous jokes and quips between performers. The show started with an aerial act on silks which was cool to see in person but looked flawed in parts. The girl seemed to struggle a bit but did a good job overall. After the aerial act it went straight into the performances. Each performer portrayed a different character from either The Addams Family or Munsters universe and each did a good job. Would have been cool to see Uncle Fester (portrayed by a female of course) but it was not in the cards on this night. All of the performer did a great job and really had the audience interested throughout. They had a brief 20 minute intermission and a costume contest also mixed into the show. I had a good time and would definitely go to a themed show again down the line.

I've been here twice for 2 art shows: **POPCade!** Came on opening night and it was a great turnout. This show centered around videogames and there was a ton of great artists that contributed to the show. The most memorable was the BioShocker which was the Operations Game remade into the style of BioShock. It was so much fun playing it! I managed to remove all the pieces without getting shocked, and then I shocked myself deliberately to test. And yes it was a bit intense! **Moon Crisis** For this Sailor Moon themed show, I didn't attend on opening night because I knew it would be VERY popular. From the photos, there was even a line that wrapped around the corner! I viewed it on their special Sunday time, which was more leisurely. Again, top caliber artists that contributed to the show, like Glenn Arthur and Ann Marcellino. There was even an arcade cabinet! :) I overhead that there will be a Miyazaki-themed show sometime in the fall so I'm EXTREMELY excited to see that :) Parking is nearby street or walk a bit further from the parking structure. As far as I know they're only open on Saturdays from 12-5 PM so double-check before you go!

Wow this place is small! Came by here last Saturday with my husband for the Moon Crisis Sailor Moon…read moretribute (for free). I remember watching Sailor Moon when I was in jr. high and elementary school (yep, I'm pretty old) and so when I found out about this art tribute, I just had to go and of course I dragged my husband with me (gotta love him for coming). None of the previous reviews for this little art place mentioned that it was small, so I was surprised it was on the small side. But nonetheless, it was still a pretty cool place to check out whatever featured art is on display. I love all of the different interpretations and renditions of what ever the artists made of the loved Japanese anime, but of course I still prefer the classic look of Sailor Moon and wished I would see more of the artist work of that. Since we were not the only ones who wanted to come to this opening night's art tribute, we waited in line for quite a while. The line was around the building and then some, but still worth the wait to get in. There were also vendor tables outside of the art house selling copies of their art work and other cute Sailor Moon related items. Overall, really enjoyed myself and would come back here for another featured art exhibit that would peak my interest (which is great this place does not charge admission to check out their exhibits). By the way, this place is located in the Downtown Anaheim, Center Street Promenade. Specifically, this place is located right next to PokiNometry. There is some street parking on Harbor Blvd and also a structure that is a few blocks down.

The Curtis Theater has an impressive schedule of plays and musical performing acts. You may want to check their website and purchase a subscription or buy an individual ticket to their shows. On this occasion, I was invited to the performance of the RANDOM 1s (follow them on Instagram), who played a medley of Classic Rock songs from the 60s and 70s. Not just any popular song, but the music from bands who made a blockbuster hit, but did not continue with more hits or an album. These are referred to as the "One Hit Wonders." Special Guest this evening is radio personality, Shotgun Tom Kelly. He published a book and was the Emcee for the evening. A book signing event was held in the lobby before and after the show. His book is entitled "All I Wanna do is Play the Hits."
