I told him I wanted to pay for my mother's tow home and that she's stuck at a gas station in Palmdale, he priced me at $160 because she was going to Lancaster I guess and asked if I could Zelle the funds for the job. I sent the Zelle payment right away not paying attention to it being scheduled for the next day but sent him a screenshot of the payment and confirmation number from BofA via text. He responded and told me that he can't do the job because he needs a payment to post immediately, Zelle wasn't allowing me to post an immediate payment because of the time it was at night around 9:30ish so I asked him will he accept cashapp payment and when my Zelle payment post to him the next day to return the funds back to me being that I'm paying him on Cashapp to cover cost and he agreed and assured me that he will send me my $160 Zelle payment back. He completed the job for my mother which was my main concern and he seemed kind and professional at the time but the next day after and when my Zelle payment posted and I requested my money back from the double pay, he begin to stall and give me a bunch of excuses (all day) saying that he will send it and that it should show up in my account soon without bothering to send any confirmation of it when it literally only takes a couple minutes to send a Zelle payment. I even sent him a "request to pay" which he could easily respond to but he ignored that. I am still yet to receive my money back from him double charging me and it is now going on the second day. They are now ignoring my calls and messages regarding my return Zelle payment.

I was moving and I had a classic car that wasn't in any condition of driving that long of ways. I decided to have it towed the same day I was moving so everything would be on the same page and I could move everything together. The timing was perfect and I was able to get someone out right on time. The driver showed up and we were on our way to San Diego. Such an affordable and kind company. They have your car and will not release or give up that vehicle until you pay for cost that they cannot and will not explain. Again if you value you wallet and money AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost.
