I gave plenty of time for a response, but she texted me back asking me if we were going to "harass her all of boating season". I told her no harassment intended, however, I would like to get what I had already paid for. She said she spoke with my husband (he is out of town, so I was unaware of their conversation) and she thought they had a plan. I told her I was unaware and she told me that we needed to communicate better. Then she said he threatened her - totally untrue. Then she went on a tangent about closing her business because of customers like us who kept double calling and texting. I explained that a simple answer would have avoided unnecessary reach outs, but that no one likes to be ignored. She kept on about how upset she was and said that she was blocking my number and would only communicate with my husband. She had no plan with him, only said that he told her there was no rush. He did say that he was not in a hurry, but that didn't mean no communication required. She never acknowledged his message at all. Believe me closing this business would be a service to this community - we do not need this type of business owner in the area or anywhere. Please heed the warning - this woman is awful!!
