Adaj not only quoted us less per chair than other companies, he also could start work on them right away, and turned them around in less than a week!! Other companies couldn't even start work until a few months from now and would have taken much longer to complete the job. Adaj was extremely communicative and flexible in terms of scheduling drop off/pick up as well as sharing our options and his recommendations (types of fabric, etc.). I was also pleasantly surprised that they brought me the left over fabric, from my re-upholstery job. It is not too much, but it is enough for me to take right back to them, and order a few small accent pillows to match the daybed. (Which I plan to do soon.) They could have discarded the fabric or made pillows to sell in their shop, and I would never have known the difference. The honesty meant a lot to me. And speaking of fabric ... they have zillions of beautiful choices, in all price ranges. They were very patient with me and I am a person who does thorough research and takes her time, before I finally make a decision. I will admit a lot of places would have likely become annoyed or frustrated with me, for taking so much time and visiting the showroom to look through samples, over and over and over again, requesting pricing. But they were very kind and pleasant and willing to check pricing for me on many fabrics, many times. I also felt they charged a very fair price, especially considering the craftsmanship and turn around time and their willingness to do the pick up and drop off. The turn around time was so much faster than I expected. It was the holidays and I had to request they hold the daybed a few extra weeks for me, due to my extra traveling and holiday activities. True to form, they were very accommodating and understanding. We gave him the supplies(all stainless steel) to reupholster our boat seat and all for seats on our galf cart.High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic sheets and tee nuts and screws.Everything was taken back after we got it because it was horrible He reassured us he stood behind his work. Second mistake- no he does not. We ended up redoing it ourselves and only to find out he did not use the suppies we provided. He has told me several time he would refund the amount we spent on the supplies and with no avail that has not happened. She would not answer my husband's messages so I reached out by text. She initially answered my text, but then quit responding. I gave plenty of time for a response, but she texted me back asking me if we were going to "harass her all of boating season". I told her no harassment intended, however, I would like to get what I had already paid for. She said she spoke with my husband (he is out of town, so I was unaware of their conversation) and she thought they had a plan. I told her I was unaware and she told me that we needed to communicate better. Then she said he threatened her - totally untrue. Then she went on a tangent about closing her business because of customers like us who kept double calling and texting. I explained that a simple answer would have avoided unnecessary reach outs, but that no one likes to be ignored. She kept on about how upset she was and said that she was blocking my number and would only communicate with my husband. She had no plan with him, only said that he told her there was no rush. He did say that he was not in a hurry, but that didn't mean no communication required. She never acknowledged his message at all. Believe me closing this business would be a service to this community - we do not need this type of business owner in the area or anywhere. Please heed the warning - this woman is awful!!
