We ordered a 1/4 share last year (2025). Received most of it by September. In our invoice it stated 3 large cuts of meat were on "back order." We have still not received them. Our original contact has been MIA. My husband has been emailing and attempting to call the office. Their only offer to remedy the situation is a refund for partial market value. I wish I would've checked this page placing an order with this company. Where do I begin? From the beginning, the communication was terrible. When I placed an order back in January, I was promised an delivery date of end April. I was told I would pay a 50% deposit to secure the order and that I would be charged the 2nd when the order shupped. Not only did they charge the 2nd half in February, without notifying me, they did so well in advance of an anticipated delivery date. It's is now June and I have yet to recieve an anticipated delivery date. Communication is Terrible!!!! An email response will take about 10 days and the response always fails to answer the question of when I should be expecting my order. At this point, I never recieved my product nor do I have the confidence in their ability to deliver. I wanted to support a small business and I understand that their are intricacies of the farming industry that can cause delays but there is no excuse for the lack of communication. It seems like my story isn't a rare occasion as many other customers seem to have very similar experiences. Paid for a weekly raw milk delivery (Order #33686) and was charged in advance. Delivery was scheduled for April 30. The driver refused to complete the drop--even after I explicitly authorized it via Ring and had someone arriving within minutes to secure it. So to be clear: I was charged, and no product was delivered. What followed was worse than the failed delivery. Instead of resolving the issue, the CEO responded personally and made it about me rather than the situation. The response included statements like I was "not a good customer to have," that some customers "aren't worth having," and ultimately ended with my subscription being canceled--without any effort to correct the failed delivery. This isn't a logistics issue. This is a leadership issue. Any business can run into operational problems. What matters is how those problems are handled. In this case, accountability was replaced with ego, and a basic service failure turned into a personal exchange. Customers don't expect perfection--but they do expect professionalism and resolution when something goes wrong. That standard was not met here. If everything goes perfectly, you may never see this side of the business. But if something goes wrong, based on this experience, don't expect it to be handled appropriately. read more

Do not order from them! My husband and I placed an order for "1/4 beef bundle" on Aug. 1, 2025 with Perennial Pastures. We fully paid for our order in Sept. 2025 ($1,980). On Oct. 13, 2025 we received an email that our beef was packaged and would be shipping out on October 18, 2025. It is now March 2026 and we have still not received our beef order. Every time we reach out requesting an update on our order their team replies back saying that the beef would be "arriving soon" or that they do not have an update for us yet. We requested a refund due to the fact that it has been over 5 months of waiting for the beef and they denied the request. We are now concerned about the quality, safety, and taste of the beef and if we will actually ever receive it. We absolutely do not recommend ordering from them! read more

Just like all the other 1 star reviews I had the same experience where it took forever to get our beef and then when we did, they shorted us 15 pcs. I had complained in January 2026 and FINALLY received most of my quarter cow and they gave me money off if I reordered, stupidly I did and they took the $950 that is due upon when they ship out the material and never received the beef. Fake "ranch" built on marketing, not cattle. This isn't a working ranch -- it's a middleman brokering meat from who knows where and selling it as "regenerative" beef. After launching the brand, the owner started dressing the part -- big hat, mustache, posing on land he lets people assume the meat comes from (false) -- even though he couldn't ride a horse if his life depended on it. Owning land and staging photos doesn't make you a rancher; actually raising and finishing cattle does. You're not paying for quality beef here, you're paying for the costume and the story. read more
