Never do I feel judged, nor like I'm boring her or wasting her time. I don't feel forced into uncomfortable small talk since the conversation flows so naturally; she's smart, professional, and sincerely cool. It's worth reiterating that the price of your visit ALSO includes intangibles like active listening. When I go in for a color I trust her completely with what shade of red it will be this time. I have not been disappointed with it. When I first started going to Rose I had medium length hair with not much style, just a couple layers. After some time passed I was finally in the mood and had the guts to make a big change. I wanted an angled hair cut, without it being too short (where it has to be shaved). Rose took on the challenge and it came out beautifully. It is the best haircut I have ever received. All of the girls at Jazzi's are friendly and talented. The salon is a "walk-in" salon, however I do suggest making an appointment because some of the girls can get very booked up. Jazzi's also has a new Nail Salon, which I have not tried out yet. I would call ahead if you wish to get your nails done because those girls aren't always there.
