First time was okay but this time with Parveen she threaded the middle of my eyebrow there is literally no hair at the top only micro shading is visible which was never visible before. I love this place I've been searching for a good threading place that actually cleans up my eyebrows while highlighting my natural arch for so long! After pregnancy I lost Soo much hair and my eyebrows are practically non-existent (in my opinion). I believe her name is Khanchin shes been the only person I've found that's able to look at the picture I provided of how I want my eyebrows and give me just that! I sat in the chair and the first thing I told the woman was, I don't want the bottom of my eyebrow touched too much bc the person who did it before made them thin & I'm trying to grow them out. I sat in the chair & she started with one brow & let me take a look in the mirror, I checked it & said that she could take more off in the center of my brows. she then went & took more off FROM THE BOTTOM. mid her doing that I already said "I said the middle" & she said "let me cut your brows & you will see". so she already knew I was upset bc she did not listen at all to what I said. she let me look at my brow again, she didn't remove where I wanted her to & made my brows too thin. after the service she asked me to check & I had said they were too thin & I was already visibly irritated but I was going to let it go bc theres nothing to do about it. she then tried to tell me, "if you don't like them just be honest." I wasn't sugar coating how much I didn't like my eyebrows so i'm not sure why she said that as if I was hiding how much I hated them. she already took off too much hair there's nothing she could do to fix it so I was over this place at that point. no point in arguing with her. but where she was wrong was when she said it was MY fault bc I said "take off more" excuse me, she took off more in the WRONG PLACE. if you weren't sure on where to take more off then double check/CONFIRM BEFORE you do it. it's ok to mess up, & admit you messed up but don't blame me. next time take accountability that you messed up instead of trying to blame the costumer. out of respect for the other customers in the place I didn't argue with her. Despite my willingness to still proceed with the appointment under a different browtist, they declined to reallocate the amount already charged to my account for the new service. I'm left perplexed by the resistance, especially considering my commitment to visiting on the same day to support their business. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of their actions, as withholding such a small sum from clients appears rather questionable. It reflects poorly on their ethical standards and commitment to their clientele. It's not right to steal money from your clients and reflects a very cheap character. I have been coming here for facials for around 2 months now and the change in my skin has been phenomenal. I have struggled with acne for over a decade now. I am prone to get both normal breakouts as well as cystic acne around my jawline, cheeks, and forehead. I have tried so many different skin regimens and have been prescribed all manners of medications including tretinoin, spironolactone, and clindamycin/benzoyl peroxide. I have basically tried everything except isotretinoin because of how annoying the process with iPledge and monitoring lab tests are. By the time I found this place, I had cut almost everything out of my skincare except tretinoin, benzoyl peroxide wash, and faded topicals cream for scarring. I told Parveen my acne history and how I was ready to do whatever she told me to to finally fix my skin. I told her which medications worked for me and what I'd like to keep in my routine. She provided advice on other aspects of my diet and skincare regimen along with a facial every 2 weeks for deep cleanse/steaming/exfoliation/extractions/radiofrequency. The change has been like night and day. My skin is still not perfect but I no longer get that cystic acne, my breakouts are fewer in both quantity as well as frequency, my skin looks and feels smoother, and my makeup looks better. In addition, with my skin less prone to acne, I finally feel like my products for scarring can finally work! My skin tone is becoming more even and I no longer feel like I'm just running in circles chasing after my post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I will also say that the face, shoulder, and arm massage that comes with her hour long facials are amazing. So relaxing with the perfect amount of pressure and heat.
