But it was just one hunk of hair on the left side of my head that I couldn't get it right. It just doesn't blend as nice as the rest of the cut, it's longer and thicker. To be fair, in my 45 years as an adult there has only been one stylist who got my hair right the first time; it always needs to be corrected in that area. My difficulty lies in the fact that over the last 3 days I've made 3 contacts to the salon to correct my hair; an email and 2 voicemails. I have time constraints because we are temporarily down to one vehicle which I did explain in the email and one of the voicemails. I also said I don't need a full service, just please blend this one area. On the day of the cut the Jamila was distracted and hurried - she wasn't who I scheduled with, it was her scheduled day off, and she was late for a video interview. I spent $87.50 of hard-earned money on a cut, style, eyebrow wax, and tips. No one contacted me to see what can be worked out. Totally ghosted. Not professional.

The ladies were awesome and just a friendly little salon. One would think by the "house" that simple hair dressers work in there. The ladies know what they are doing. The knowledge and easy banter between the clients and stylists was very refreshing. So cute. Best of all was my cut and color from Susie. Sooooo HAPPY with my cut and color. Susie sings along with the music. So refreshing to walk into a venue that is friendly and caring. I was awaiting Aunt Bea to appear. Yes, I scheduled another appt. Am almost afraid to say the prices are low.... if moving into this area, give the salon a try. I doubt you will be disappointed with the services these ladies provide.

This location has appx 25 professionals. From the site you filter on the service then select from the professionals. Some of the professionals have a link to then use the Booksy application. This business concept was founded to create a space for salon professionals to make it their own. The professionals rent a space that they can make their personal touches. It started with two stores and is now over 200 locations. The professional that I had an appointment with was Lisa Halstead. Lisa is very courteous and I scheduled for a relaxer and color. I was pleased with the outcome. My daughers are planning to go as well. Booksy is user friendly and you select the services and can see the prices and the availiability. You get reminders for the appt and can add services or adjust the appt time. My service was on time and I will look at the other services to see what catches my eye.

I filled out their new client form on the website. Within a day, Viri texted me. She asked me what my hair goals were, and after some texting back n forth, we set up a consult. During the consult, Viri listened and understood my hair concerns. She gave solutions and recommended products. She was upfront about the price for everything. Which was great. I have been to many salons, and they do not tell you the price unless you ask. I have seen Viri twice since the consult, once for hair color & cut and once for blow dry & style. She did a great job both the times. She and Carolyn suggested some great products for my hair type and gave samples to try. It may seem that the prices are high, but any good private salon will have higher prices. It's a cute little salon with good customer service, upfront about prices and never try to oversell the products. Definitely going back again.
