I have gone to Nadia a few times from when she was in Winter Park and Oviedo. As far as I am aware, I have never had an issue with her, although my sister and her did have an issue, I am a different person and don't expect her to treat me as if I am my sister as there was never an issue with me. In the last 5 years that I have gone to her salon (stopped for 2 years during covid and her availability when I needed it), she has cancelled on me THREE times. I only have the most recent cancellation as the others were over 2 years ago. She recently cancelled on me and I'm STILL waiting for a text/call back. This is VERY unprofessional and unacceptable. I was counting on her for a very important life event and she failed me. She didn't even offer any sort of help or referral. NOTHING. Maybe she doesn't care about her clients since she has so many and I only really went to her once a year for balayage but that's still no way to treat people. If she didn't want me as a client anymore, she could have at least been professional and an adult and let me know instead of cancelling last minute. Please keep this in mind if you decide to use her services. Have a back up plan because she is NOT dependable. Same situation happened to my sister hence why they had an issue. I just kept giving her chances but three strikes and you're out.
