Went to have tires put on, they wouldn't put on the tires but they took the other ones off and charged us to put them back on.

Guess the first thing I have to say is that I'm very familiar with Perfect Circle - have done quite a bit of business there, but the last two experiences were horrible - and deceitful. I have an older Dodge Pickup truck I use for plowing snow in the winter. I bought it used. A mechanic friend suggested I replace tires and recommened at "LT" tire as it would last longer. These tires can be inflated to 70 lbs approximately. I came to the store and they made a few suggestions. I did choose the cheapest LT tire they had: what else for a 20 year old truck that's only driven about 4,000 miles/year. When I came to pick it up after the four tires were installed, I was told they couldn't inflate the tires to the full 70 lbs pressure. They said the wheels weren't rated for that. My question: WHY PUT TIRES ON A TRUCK IF THEY CAN'T BE PROPERLY INFLATED? I didn't know about the wheels - bought it used and the tires were on it. But - they made a sale and that's all they were concerned about. My tires are now wearing a lot faster than if I had gotten other tires. Second instance of deceit: I have a motorhome that requires six tires - duelies in the back. The tires on it had a lot of tread left (only 25,000 miles) but as it sat a lot before I bought it used, the tires had rotted - the sidewalls were cracked. So: I had them put on six new tires. I asked them to take the best tire off the vehicle and put it on a wheel for a spare. When I came to pick it up, I noticed there was no sidewall cracking on the two rear tires that were on the inside - which makes sense - no sunlight got to them. One of these became my spare. I guess they sold the other one. QUESTION: WHEN THEY WENT TO PUT THE TIRES ON, WHY DIDN'T THEY LEAVE THE TWO INSIDE TIRES FROM THE REAR ON THE MOTORHOME, AND SAVE ME $300??? In each case, they had my phone number and could have called me to discuss. But they were too interested in simply making a sale. It also bothers me a lot that they say they are a Christian based business. Just disgusting. Will never go there again for any reason whatsoever. As I've told these stories to others, I'm getting the same kind of feedback. Apparently, Farmers in the area really are irritated with them. Oh well.............live and learn. read more

Had a blow out on the steer tire at 9:30 at night in bitter cold February. It was a medium duty truck so towing it was going to be cost prohibitive and it was needed the next day. Called everyone. Got some really wild quotes of over $1000. And they couldn't get to me for hours. Called Perfect Circle. He went and got the tire from another facility, got on the road and was changing my tire with the new one 45 minutes later. I cannot say enough about this business. Out in the middle of no place Off Hy 57 This place is not just tires, not just the best front end shop around the do GREAT AUTO SERVICE AT WORKING MAN PRICES! up date got a new used van prior to trip to Florida nice shape but need a check out so I goofed up & took it to local shop next door for inspection so I could walk home,the deal is the trip to Florida wore me out the car shook and made terrible sounds from front end! they did some front end work prior to leaving,Pissed on return they told me I needed Front bearings $500 LARGE! ok next took it Perfect Circle I told them to check out NO WORK and tire rotate, the called 2 times to parts were bad other side of what was serviced by other shop, repaired SAME ITEMS OTHER SIDE for 1/3 less than other shop and VAN RUNS GREAT and the saved me $500 clams on a non repair PERFECT CIRCLE SEE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE! read more

Not very helpful. Called 30 minutes before they close to plug a tire. Needed the tires for the drive back home. They said they close in 30 minutes and not interested in helping. Must be too busy to take extra business. Go somewhere else. Like Walmart. Much nicer place. read more

I took my car there for a simple front end alignment. I was then told that they could not get one of my front tires adjusted. They told me it was out over two degrees and they needed contract out to get the frame bent. The frame bender measured everything and told them that my car was fine. They still charged me $78.00 for the frame bender to look at it based on their suggestion, which shows poor business ethics. Owning up to your own misdiagnosis would be nice. So the end result was $78.00 for nothing plus $52.00 for only one of my two wheels aligned. That's $130.00 they got out of me for aligning one wheel. The funny thing is this is their expertise. So if they start spewing their advice to you on how it would benefit you to spend a little more to fix a problem.....run... then get a second opinion, because they'll charge you whether they fix it or not. read more
