Alex and his crew worked on a remodel of our house over the course of about six months, and throughout that time they were not just highly professional, but personable and pleasant to be around for so much time. Unlike nightmare stories you hear about other GCs, we always had excellent communication with Alex from start to finish, and he gave us a realistic idea of the timeline and budget -- absolutely no over-promising and under-delivering, even as we kept adding on new things to the scope of the project. Alex has a calm and thoughtful approach to problem solving, and is able to find affordable options when appropriate but also let us know when we needed to prioritize the budget for the most important things for a home's longevity. Everyone on his team went above and beyond to take care of all the little details, and never cut any corners on getting things exactly right. Alex and his team helped transform our home into a beautiful, more functional space for our growing family. We had an extremely outdated kitchen that required a full gut and took out a load bearing wall to open the kitchen up to a dining room. His team also did a full gut job of a bathroom that was not functional, turning a small space into a bathroom with a custom shower and pocket door to maximize space. Alex was extremely communicative and was quick to respond with any questions/concerns we had, as well as providing regular updates as to the progress of the project. When issues arose, Alex called us right away to discuss the issue and come up with an appropriate solution. I recently had a set of stairs refinished in my home by perfect construction. I had many choices of material in mind but had no idea which one to really go with. Sasha with perfect construction told me the pros and cons for each material and highly recommended 1 of them. He was knowledgeable of all the types. Does Amazing Work and completely trust worthy, so much so that I even gave him my keys so that he could complete the job while I was at work. I highly recommend Perfect Construction! I have just completed the remodel on my Kitchen. I first hired Alex to level my Cabinets. Last part was my backsplash where I hired someone else learned a valuable lesson, if it's too good to be true it is!... Vertical cuts in the middle of the wall, no spacers so the mosaic tiles started falling down. To make a long story short the backsplash had to be ripped out which caused a lot of my wall to go with it. I called Alex and he got me in right away. He fix the wall, put up the backsplash right. He even went out and bought me new outlet covers since the ones I bought were very cheaply made. Honest, great work and he got me in right away. Perfect Construction did a really good job from start to finish. We needed a variety of small to middle sized jobs in the house completed and all were done well. From ceilings that needed drywalled and painted, replacing insulation to the back door, changing out bath fixtures and grouting/caulking a master bath shower, the company was able to fulfill all of our deferred maintenance needs of the house. We worked w/ Sasha from start to finish. He provided a reasonable estimate and came in at the quoted price. He was competent, friendly and easy to work with, as well as, communicated well. Perfect Construction came to the rescue when we had some flooding in our basement storage area in West Town. We were referred by a friend, and I have to say they were highly professional and responded quickly when we needed them urgently! They correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it seamlessly. Their work is impeccable! Other big name companies hadn't been able to fix our issue, charged us high fees just to come "take a look" and then left us high and dry after not being able to properly repair our basement. I was referred to Perfect Construction after having a nightmare situation with my previous contractor. I contracted Perfect Construction to repair my hardwood floors that were severely damaged, as well as build an internal staircase from my main floor to my basement. Both projects were executed perfectly, timely and with completely fair pricing. The stairs was a complex job because of poor electrical in the ceilings, but Perfect construction literally finished the job in one day. Even picking out and getting the door that fit the rest of our living room. The floor repair was done so well, that it looks even better than when we first had it installed by our previous contractor. Alex installed my kitchen cabinets. First of all I want to say that he is a really nice guy. He is also punctual, honest, a precise craftsman and best of all reasonably priced. I originally contacted him to level my old cabinets for a new counter top installation. He gently let me know that my old cabinets were in bad shape and that perhaps it would be better to replace with new rather than repair and repaint. As it turned out this was good advice as the cost of the new cabinets was not substantially more than the cost of refurbishing the old ones. Alex was also very good about working around my schedule. My wife and I travel quite a bit and are often out of town. Alex was able to make time to get our project completed within a reasonable time frame. I would definitely recommend him. read more

Sasha is professional and passionate about his work, and this shows in every aspect of the process, from timely responses to phone calls, follow up, timeframe for job, and work itself.
