Through another fantastic local business, Georgia Tools, I was referred to the Sharpening Station at Roswell Farmers Market. They did a superb job as I am extremely picky about my sewing scissors. I've been told they are difficult to get a sharp edge all the way to the point. Needless to say as long as they are in business they will wholeheartedly have my business. Beautiful job done in a very timely manner and VERY reasonable prices. I had to pay over twice as much for a shabby job in Florida. I highly recommend this business for all your sharpening needs!!! Truly exactly what you would ask for in a skilled small business tradesman. He asked specific questions about the scissiors I had, what my future needs were for the scissors, etc because that would determine how he could sharpen them (deeper edge, shallower edge, etc) which would require more frequent future sharpening or not. I truly appreciated this kind of knowledge and forethought! He of course also sharpens knives. (I'm sure he sharpens just about anything - he is very skilled!) Benjamin is clearly very experienced in his trade. He offered to pick up/deliver the scissors for an extremely reasonable fee, based upon my location ($10) or I could bring them to him for no fee.
