STAY AWAY!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I spent over a month growing out my eyebrows after bad experiences at other places, hoping for better this time -- but this was by far the worst!!! I explained my concerns beforehand, hoping she would be careful. Instead, she did the exact opposite. After finishing one eyebrow, she asked me to take a look. When I pointed out that she had taken off way too much, she got upset and refused to take any responsibility, blaming it on the way my hair grows. Look no further, she is the one. Lubna is so skilled and awesome that I wonder sometimes why she has a small place inside a Hispanic supermarket. Imo she should have her own store and training staff to pass down her skills and legacy. Here's a breakdown: Detail oriented 10/10 Skills: 10/10 Able to make my brows look good: 20/10 I dont even live nearby anymore and I still drive that 20-30min to see her because there just isn't anyone that has skills compared to her! I've tried Rice Village, Bellaire, inside the loop brow places where they're more expensive but they don't do a good job at all! My right brow has a weird triangle at the arch that is hard to conceal but Lubna says it's a piece of cake when other brow technicians struggle with it. I'm a loyal customer and I wish more people know of her because Lubna deserves it and more women deserve nice eyebrows read more

I went to check this place out because it had good reviews and was near where I'm staying. She overthreaded and you can see it doesn't match my other brow! This place don't even deserve a star. I got recommended by a friend who lives here which she go to Evelyn. I am so picky when it come to my eyebrows I went in with thick eyebrows and came out with thin. She did a horrible job she took off my eyebrows when she seen I had nice thick brows. I AM SO LIVID I COULD CRY!! Worst place ever I will NEVER COME BACK HERE! She needs to be more careful with people who have thick eyebrows! This was my first thing there and I will be going there as long as I can. When you enter El Ahorro, just make a left and the shop is there. There were two ladies who were threading eyebrows, and a line of people waiting. I came at a busy time on a Saturday so I waited 30 minutes, and it was worth it! I had Sarah, she was very friendly, gentle, and walked me through the process for upper lip threading (it was my first time for my upper lip). I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years and have never had someone be so gentle and thoughtful. It was $8 for my eyebrows and $4 for my upper lip.
