After getting checked in, you'll meet with a front person to go over offers. The woman was nice enough, however did not seem to know in depth about some of the more serious products/treatments. They do not have an actual MD in office. The Nurse Practitioner prescribes meds for patients. After going through which treatment you want(which I luckily did research before and knew what I wanted) you move forward to what I believe to be the phlebotomist. Fast forward to the actual person with a medical license (again, a Nurse Practitioner, not a Doctor). She didn't even take the time to sit down or get to know me, the "patient" that's about to shell out $500 a month, by the way. She rushed through the appt. Didn't go over side effects or benefits or anything really. It's ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend unless you truly have done research. After the appt. I read more about the treatment and there are SO MANY risks. I decided against it. What ever your weight loss journey is, just be careful and do your own research and fully know what you're getting into, because THIS PLACE WILL NOT PREPARE YOU ADEQUATELY.

The providers are thorough and do a great job of explaining what's going on and what your treatment options may be. All of the providers we've seen have been fantastic with kids. As an family with young kids we've been in for everything - flu, strep, UTIs, broken bones, you name it. Each time we've received exceptional care. On top of that there are onsite x-rays, and for my partners x-ray that needed a second opinion they were able to use a radiology service rather than sending him over to the ER. Billing is easy and you can pay via app.

VERY unprofessional and VERY creepy. Secondly, I'd like to mention my terrible experience with PA John Martin. He was rough with my mother and very rude when she asked for a second strep test to be sure. He asked her "have you never had a cold before?!" And repeatedly talked over her saying "you don't have strep but okay" and came in after the second test with FOOD IN HIS MOUTH and said "test came back negative. You'll be sick about a week." And walked out. Nothing else and stormed back to his little corner like a 5 year old. Apparently a bunch of whack jobs work here.

Ok so I never been one to workout or even think about cycling but this class has completely change…read morethat. This class is life transforming. Cycling is now a part of my life. I not only started working out but I woke up at 5am to be there at 5:30am excited and ready to take on the day. Got a great workout in before most people are even up. This class is addicting and the music is awesome. The 50 minutes just flies by. There is a short personal training session prior to the spinning class(gotta pay extra But def worth it). The owner is incredible and his energy is so electric. The staff is so happy and positive. I love the atmosphere. They offer 3 days free to see if it's for you. It was def for me. I left the area but I'm still spinning. He has a challenge that guarantees 18inches lost in 6 weeks. That's what got me intrigued. I started dropping inches and weight like crazy and it was fast. People at work were asking me my new secret. He helped me make a meal plan and told me to work out at least 4 days a week. I came every day they had a class because I loved it that much. The staff and ladies/gentlemen in the class were awesome too. One lady (that usually rides behind me) that I haven't seen in awhile saw me and said omg I didn't even recognize you. That really made me happy and even more motivated. I have to thank Evan for putting me on to spinning. They moved to a new location. And it's even more amazing. More space and more bikes. Sn: The bike had my thighs and bottom hurting for the first few days but it subsided. You can buy a padded seat(he has some you can use too.) Plenty parking available. Clean facilities. Antibacterial wipes available to use on bikes are on the wall. Water and other products available for purchase. I usually brought my own water and protein bar. Bring a big bottle of water, you will need. Try him out. Stay hydrated and have fun. SN: I noticed spinning makes you very hungry so make sure you don't pig out after class. That will defeat the purpose. High protein/veggies and lots of water. If I'm ever back in the area I'll drop in for a class. I've been to spinning classes all over the states and no one class compares to my first. Try it out. Let me know how much you love it. You'll thank me later.
