Update: I recieved a call back from the company and they were extremely apologetic for missing my appointment yesterday. Needless to say my lights are finally up and I am in love with them! Thanks again for making things right. Sounds like I am having the same experience as others :(. This is my first year as a homeowner and was super excited to finally be able to hang Christmas lights. Spoke with a rep mid November who was very friendly and scheduled to have my lights installed Dec. 3rd. Never working with this company I reached out the day before just to get more info on the time of install. Again, Jeff was super friendly and assured me that nothing was needed on my end. Sadly no one showed and I have yet to hear back from anyone have a few attempts of reaching out. Definitely sad that I likely won't be able to have lights this year. read more

I'm disappointed in this company I have used them for a few years and never had any issue up until this season. Scheduled my Christmas light install back in September after they mailed me a reminder card, set for 11/13/19 crew doesn't show up until 6pm that's after I had to call, they didn't bring a ladder so they hung up part of the lights in the dark, said they would come back next day and they NEVER showed up! Two of the lights were broken or should I say missing on the string they hung up! Called and text the guy a bunch of times and all he did was BS me and then went dark. Didn't return any calls or texts!! They never came out to install the rest. Not my fault you over book, I had my appt set since September!! Would not recommend! A RETURN CALL SAYING YOU COULDN'T INSTALL WOULD HAVE BEEN THE RIGHT THING TO DO NOT LIE TO ME!!! read more

It's our first Christmas to our new home so my husband and I decided to contact someone to put up Christmas lights. This company was the first one to show up on yelp. We contacted them second week of November and we were told they will come and install the lights the following week or before Thanksgiving. We called on the week of Thanksgiving and no answer. Thanksgiving came, no lights, no calls from the company. Today, we tried calling again, and no response. So there goes our plan to put out our very first Christmas lights. This company told us they will put up our lights before Thanksgiving, so we WAITED and did not SCOUT anybody else. It would've been nice to let customers know if service can't be done. Wow, I won't be able to say enough. These guys are stellar. Charlie was out contact, and his professionalism was exceptional. After all, it's just xmas lights, right? Well, they don't leave you with that impression. This is a serious job to them! We called early November and didn't have a large request. The lights were up the first week of December, despite some terrible staffing difficulties they encountered because of COVID issues. They treated us as if we were spending as much as some of their showcase homes in Redlands spend. One night I noticed a light out, and I had planned to call. Next night it was lit again so I didn't think about it. Turns out that they had come by and checked themselves and saw it, so they replaced it. I had no idea. I love it!!! Shortly after new years, they came back and packed it all up, without even a needed to talk to me. We have been so impressed that we have a more grand vision for next year, and plan to use them for some non-holiday exterior lighting as well. read more

We have been using Perfect Holiday Lights for the past few years when they took over and changed the name from the previous owner, called Holiday Lights. We had used that company for about 10 years and always had perfect service. But now it's even better. When I was laid up after a fall a couple of years ago, Jeff offered to put up and decorate our indoor artificial tree. We already had the decorations. He and his men climbed up and got down the decorations, dragged the tree in from the garage, set it all up, and cleaned up the mess, returning the boxes to the cupboards. All at a very reasonable charge. He did such a great job, we had him do it again last year. We have high, curved windows, and Jeff's team (kept on from the previous company) knows just how to place the lights to outline the window, so the lights can be seen from inside, plus the surrounding round patio outside. I contacted Jeff on 11/7, he responded right away and after giving him my address, he gave me a price on 11/10. I talked to him on the phone on 11/13 and I provided him with phone numbers of 4 other people interested and ready for Christmas lights (with their permission) but he didn't have a tentative date of when he would hang the lights. I texted him on 11/15 asking if he had an idea of when it would happen and I haven't heard from him. I didn't even get a courtesy reply. DON'T EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO USE THIS COMPANY TO HANG CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!! We used them the last 2 years & had no issues. This year has been a different, horrible story. We scheduled back in August for early November to ensure we would have lights up by Thanksgiving. Our appt day came & went, & no one reached out to let us know what was happening. I tried several times to get them to commit to a date but just kept getting the run around from them. How hard is it to just look at a calendar & commit to an appt date and show up? Super unprofessional & frustrating to deal with. It seems like they overbook themselves and then don't give a damn when they can't make it to your house. Now we are in the same boat as other people in these reviews...too late in the season to find someone else to help with our lights. Don't have a business if you can't keep up with appointments AND communication with your customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will just end up disappointed. read more

okay so a little lengthy but hear me out. I have always been that person that loves christmas but hated thinking about getting up roofs and doing all the wiring and everything to setup Christmas lights. Also most places in the past have given me these outrageous 1000 dollar plus quotes which is out of my price range. Que - perfectholdiaylights. I got a qoute and Jeff was super easy to work with. I explained what I wanted and took pictures of my place so he could get together a plan of what to do. low and behold today comes and I was nervous, because I was thinking is it going to look awful... WELL LET ME TELL YOU ITS AWESOME. he did it exactly how I wanted and honestly you cant even see the electrical cords anywhere, he did such a good job of hiding them. people on my street even came up to him and asked him to do their place as well. I took a video of the lights and all my friends are like that looks perfect and took his number off me as well.
