There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. As I had a leaking sprinkler system that was flooding our yard I thanked him for his prompt response and said I needed someone sooner and was about to go back to Yelp. He responded about 2 hours later saying he had a cancellation the next day, sent him photos of the leaking sprinkler assembly, he asked a few more questions and then gave me a price. He told me in advance that he could be a few minutes early or late but would keep me in the loop on his arrival time. Jose texted me in the morning, let me know his status and showed up on time. Not only did he fix the sprinkler assembly, he also adjusted the sprinkler heads on my lawn, installed caps on the wire connectors on our assembly and checked all zones to ensure they were working correctly and that there no leaks. You know that someone is a good person when they make you feel like you've been friends for a while or that they could be a neighbor just by how they speak and interact with you.
