But I recently purchased a $280 piece of aluminum out of their inventory. The customer decided they didn't want to do the job after all so I asked if I could return the material. I fully expected to pay a restocking fee but they told me they would not take it back. They had the most lame excuse I heard in my 30 years of metalworking, "the certs were no longer valid on the material". I never even received certs for the material.
