I will say, the process was very painful despite the numbing cream so please be aware of that. And it's a weird chalkboard-scratching feeling as well. Otherwise, you end up looking amazing so beauty is definitely pain in this case. My eyebrows healed nicely as well. I did two sessions: one initial and one retouch. I believe it was Irene herself who did the procedure: 15mins for cream anesthesia, and only few mins for actual removal of millia. She made it look easy peasy! :) I was able to see the procedure and staff helped record video of it, and we all laughed because it was like Dr.Pimplepoppers.
