Asked on pricing and it was less than half of another place I was quoted down in Portland. Decided to take a chance. I love it. I'm having so much fun with it, and Kory did a great job. Once again, I'm BEYOND please with my hair cut and color. Brianna did my hair the first time and was so pleased with how my full head of highlights came out. This last time I went I told Stacy, my stylist I wanted to be as blonde as possible without bleaching my whole scalp and WOW. She absolutely nailed it. She was so sweet, and always made sure to ask questions before starting anything, like my previous toning and dye jobs as to not destroy my hair (which I can very much appreciate) I also needed some new products and she made sure to stay in my budget while recommending some great products. She also managed to help fix my god awful bangs. Everyone there is so kind, cleanly and there to help transform your look. Thank you Brianna and Stacy for everything! Hair cut was not exactly what I asked for and then the highlights while I did say full head I also said not drastic not heavy and was asked so not totally blonde? Which I said yes. Had the chance to walk in and get my hair cut right away on a Sunday (July 15). Was a slow day that worked in my favor. I hadn't cut my hair in half a year and needed a trim to rid of the overly dry, split ends. The hair stylist did a great job! Location is ideal, in a shopping outlet for clothing and grocery needs. There was a conversation about "who would ever buy a nude colored jeep?" that I thought was funny. As I left, I chatted with the stylists about their Yelp page and that it needed more pictures, so I took some and posted them. From there, I headed out, straight to that "nude" jeep and drove off into the sunset, happy with my Jeep and haircut. Life is about laughing it off. I won't be in this place again. I have long hair and asked for 2.5 inches off. She took about 1/2 inch off. I asked for another inch and got maybe 1/2 inch more. She couldn't cut a front fade cause she's not comfortable doing them?? I really felt like she just didn't want to deal with me. I looked on the floor and there was barely any hair. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I came in today (12/21/19) around 3:00 for a shampoo and a haircut. I was told there was one person ahead of me. I signed in and sat down to wait. There were two women working, two clients in the chairs, one getting a haircut, the other getting a color, and one gentleman in the waiting area. One client finished, and left. A few minutes went by as the stylist cleaned up. The waiting gentleman was called back. About 10 minutes passed, then a man walked in the shop. The other stylist asked him if she could help him. He said he wanted a haircut. She called him back and sat him down. Um. Hello? I'm sitting right there. I'm next. Was it because he was a young handsome man and I'm a gray haired women? Discriminate much? Or was it that the stylist can't count? Or maybe she just can't see. If I'd been told there were TWO people before me, one that wasn't even in the salon, I wouldn't have waited over 30 minutes for nothing. I WAS a regular client at this salon. Never again. In all of my years, this was the WORST case of customer service I've ever experienced. read more

Went in on a whim and someone was available to take me in with no appointment. I am very happy with my cut. My stylist, Lisa, took her time listening to what I wanted and made sure I left with the cut I wanted. The place was clean and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend it. read more

I am completely disappointed in my experience today at this location. I won't waste my time again by stepping foot in their doors. Complete lack of customer services skills! I went in today at 12:30 for hair cuts for myself, my 14 yr old daughter, along with trims for my 4 yr old daughter and my one yr old son. The person who originally helped me seemed a little overwhelmed when I mention 4. I explained that 2 were trims for small children. She warned me that there could be a wait, because the other two stylists had appointments coming in shortly, one for a perm and the other for a color. She went on to explain that they would try and do as many of us as possible before the appointments arrive. OK, not a problem, I understood, and had no problem with waiting. Actually thanks for the heads up. I sign all four of us in. After bringing my children in, the original stylist started to explain to one of the other two, who was standing at the front counter with me next to it, about there being 4 of us. The other stylist first words were, "Yeah, that's not going to happen.", with a tone to match. The first stylist commented back to her, "That's what I said." I told them, " We can go somewhere else", where as, the first stylist sayed no that she could do all of us. At this point, I felt that they clearly weren't prepared to do more than the two appointments coming in. I told my oldest daughter that we were going, and we started to leave. The second stylist stood there with her hands up, and a look on her face that seemed to say "what's your problem". My problem, which I told her, was her rudeness, and the comments being made! I think what makes the situation even worse is that one of them made the comment, as we were leaving, "What comments?" The fact that they have to ask means that they don't know what was wrong in this situation. I understand, truly I do. I've done retail. It gets busy, stressful and you wish customers would stop coming. THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T NEED TO KNOW THIS. Work it out among yourselves, out of ear shot of your customers, unless you WANT your customers to feel like they are inconveniencing you by being there. Your business is based on customers coming in with and WITHOUT appointments throughout the day. There were still plenty of hours left to the day. It's kinda ironic that your sign, which is one of the first things that your customers see states "Family Haircuts Without Appointments". read more
