I even called ahead of time and told them I wanted ombré so why when I get there they set me up with someone who's never done it before. Yikes what in the world. Went in for acrylic removal & gel manicure. She started using a tool to rip the acrylics off, too inconvenienced to use soak off, then I asked her to stop and she said "just relax" then got mad when I said I'll do a fill instead cause that was horrible. Then the owner told me my husband came in with a blonde last time, then said he was kidding (we don't even live here). Will never recommend and will never come back. read more

Received a gift card for Christmas for this place. Attempted to go there and they said they require an appointment, ok not a big deal. Called and made an appointment for a no chip and pedicure. Walked in, said to pick a color. I was sitting there for less than a minute and a nail tech walked up to me grabbed the basic of color swabs as I'm looking, no greeting or anything and just went and put it on the station, started taking off my color while I was trying to flip through the colors which is really hard to do with one hand, felt oBligated to hurry and pick-a color which annoyed me. Then she cut my nails in straight lines, short and uneven, barley filed them and now I have a rushed no chip service with sharp straight line shaped nails, looks terrible, like I have those little gum chicklets on my fingers. Gave me a 1 second hand massage and told me $35 and walked away?! I walked up to the counter and said I booked a pedicure and the the other worker just looked at me. Whatever, honestly I'm glad I didn't get a pedicure from this place. I won't even go back to spend the rest of my gift card. read more

I stop by there to get a no chip mani and regular pedicure and I'm completely satisfied with the great work they did. Not to mention they have lower prices for services than most shops around. I got a metallic color no chip mani for $35 and a regular pedicure for $23. I am also very impressed with the wide variety of color options as well as designs. Overall good place but every time I get my nails done here they NEVER last. NEVERRRR!!! Last week I got them done on a Wednesday and my nails started breaking on Saturday. Love this place! I have been coming here since they opened and used to go to them where they worked before. Tri and Luanne are the absolute best. Sometimes I go in there so undecided on what colors to get and Luanne is such a big help. All I can say is I never leave disappointed. I have been on the search for a nail salon in the area and decided to try out B's Nails for their highly rated reviews. Upon entering you can tell that these people have great rapport with their regulars and obviously they keep coming back for a reason. I gave this establishment 3 stars because as the staff is very nice, though i feel that they always attempt upsell you on their services and products-and not listen to your needs. I came in asking for gel manicure with my real nails. As they are short, the owner asked if i wanted tips on them. Lamenting i did not want to ruin my nails with acrylic he ....*persuaded* ....me that my real nails would be stronger than ever! And that this is only a tip added to the end of the nail. I agreed because he told me that my nails would be saved. To my surprise they filed my nails down to nothing and proceeded to put on the acrylic powder... then topping it off with gel. Not what i wanted at all- now that could just be my misunderstanding of what a gel manicure is, but I wasn't expecting to have acrylics at all leaving that day. Or to be charged for both a set of acrylics and a gel manicure. Nice way to get money from customers. I get it, people have to make a living. Also, not the cleanest establishment i've ever gone to! I've been to quite a few nail salons in my time, and B's is hands down the BEST! Not only do you get great service and the most beautiful nails ever, the owners make you feel like family. They remember the little things from last visits conversations. They offer suggestions on designs you may like. I can bring in any picture and say "I want this" and they deliver every single time. I went yesterday for a no chip with my two nieces. Called ahead of time to make sure it was gonna be no problem to bring then along and have them to get their nails done. As soon as we got seated the girl was in a rush to finish. So when she got to me she did an ok job. My nails are super bumpy on some parts I was fine with it didnt have time to complain because I really did like how she shaped them. Today I noticed my finger was a little red so I ignored it. I just got home and noticed it was more red and to the touch a little puss came out. This place is absolutely horrible. I honestly don't understand why they have such a good rating. When I came in for my appointment the first thing I noticed is the owner was not wearing a mask. I didn't pay it any mind, I had mine on and that's all I really cared about. However, when he started to work on my nails, he picked up the same file he had used on TWO clients prior to me. Not only that, but he proceeded to cut my fingers as he was filing so aggressively, I actually began to bleed a little bit. When he began using an e-file on me, not only did he once again cut me, but my nail beds were starting to get hot. That's a big no, I know that and I'm not even licensed in this stuff. I was expecting a manicure... since that was what I asked for with my service, however that did not happen at all. My friend, who was also getting her nails done, didn't receive a manicure either even thought she requested one. He literally just slapped the nails on my fingers and called it a day. Although the actual nails came out nice, the quality of the service was lacking in all sorts of places. My cuticles are all cut up and do not look clean, my fingers are actually sore for being sawed by the nail file, and I'm just hoping I don't get an infection. I got a no chip and it was just ok. Price was decent for a no chip, $30 but my pet peeve is when my whole nail isn't painted and when I asked the nail tech to re do a couple fingers (because my whole nail wasn't painted) he got aggravated. I got my nails done on a Thursday and on Tuesday I already have a couple chips and peeling. The top coat was also not applied to my whole nail so on the sides my color looks matte and the rest of my nail is shiny. I would not return. read more
