Our piano hadn't been tuned in over ten years. I called Perfect Piano Tuning after reading Yelp reviews. Chris had to come to our house twice, because it had been such a long time since our piano had last been tuned. I thought he was very nice, professional, and honest. Both times he arrived he said that he would be about an hour, but actually worked much quicker. We were very impressed with his work and will definitely call him again. Called Chris to tune my wife's upright piano. He was very nice and we accommodating. We had to cancel on him twice in a week for scheduling issues and he worked with us to come up with a date. I can't recommend Chris enough! I have a 1964 Yamaha Baby Grand that hadn't been tuned or cleaned in at least a decade and I knew it needed some serious love. Chris showed up exactly when he said he would, fixed a sticking key, cleaned the piano (inside and out), and tuned it - all in less than 3 hours!
