We used Steve to tune our very-out-of-tune upright piano. It unfortunately had been years and a couple of moves since we had it tuned last. One key was having issues as well. He reminded us 1 day prior to our scheduled appointment and also called 30 minutes before our appointment to let us know he was on his way. Stephen did a wonderful tune and repair to a 1910 Hamburg Steinway A. The piano is old but in playable condition. Many others that we spoke to did not want to work on the piano since it really needed a full reconditioning.
