He was very nice, professional and did a great job. I contacted this group for an appointment to assist me with my grand piano. They responded promptly. My initial request was for a tuning, but then I realized that I needed "voicing". This - "voicing" - is an under-recognized improvement for your piano. Especially if you have purchased a used piano. Once on site, James was very patient with me and carefully voiced and re-voiced and even re-voiced again in order to obtain the proper tonal quality. He did a careful and high quality job and attended to my unique requirements on this grand piano. I wanted it to be bright and crisp for Bach and I wanted it to be full and mellow enough for Beethoven Sonatas (like the Moonlight) - And he was patient enough with me to allow me to test both venues. Not only do they have a combined experience of over 50+ years in tuning and repair, they are also friendly professionals who you know will get your piano sounding great. As a professional musician, it is critical to me to be playing, teaching, and performing on a well-tuned instrument.
