My piano sounds amazing! Great price too! Kevin was super responsive via messaging and that's a key deciding factor in why I went with him over other tuners. Also, the price was mire than fair. A lot of other tuners were charging huge fees for a pitch raise which is often required before tuning and Kevin only added a small fee AND he did the pitch raise and the tuning during the same visit which wasn't available for a lot of other tuners. Kevin went above and beyond when he came to our home outside of his timeframe for working hours. AND - Kevin fixed two or three keys that were "clicky" and even made the sustain pedal less squeaky. read more

Very professional, on time, wore a mask. He started by inspecting the piano and pointing out some issues right up front that might need further repair down the road. Our piano is 80-ish years old and was found on the side of the road left out for trash. He worked on it for a couple hours, and brought it back to life. It sounds amazing! Kevin is not only knowledgeable and affordable but his service is exemplary. I have an old spinet piano inherited from my mother that I wanted to get into a playable condition. It had sat (mostly in garages) for the last 10 years and been moved a handful of times. Basically, in very poor condition and in serious need of some professional help. In his initial visit, Kevin meticulously went over every inch of the piano and took about an hour explaining all the different parts he recommended servicing. He outlined several areas I could save money by refurbishing, where another piano tech may have recommended replacement, costing me thousands. Later the same evening, I received a full report and quote detailing his recommendations. In the next two follow-up visits, Kevin removed and repaired the piano's action and reshaped all the hammers, installed new casters, performed a string cleaning, tuning with pitch raise, and full regulation, as well as countless other minor details that I'm probably forgetting. In total, the repairs and tuning with all parts and labor was only a few hundred dollars, a small price to pay for such a detailed service and bringing this family heirloom back to life.
