I was told to not fill it for 24hrs and to call back if it was still leaking. (It was) called and rescheduled for 6/9/26 only to be cancelled at 10:26am due to rain that lasted 1hr!!! Then I had to call the next morning to be rescheduled for 6/30/26 RIDICULOUS! To top it off the service manager Amanda was very rude and combative with me for being upset. Do better and learn how to treat your customers before you have none!! Bring back Professionalism.

I hired Dales pool in mount Washington, ky to install an inground pool with liner in the year 2022…read more Unfortunately,the pool has leaked since the first year it was installed. Over the next 3 years, the company repeatedly denied it was leaking, despite patching the liner multiple times. Each season the leak became worse. Eventually, the company told us to obtain a third party evaluation and stated they would pay for that. We had two separate pool professionals inspect the pool, and both immediately identified that the liner had been installed with a wrinkle under the main drain and that the drain gasket screws were stripped. After we reported these findings, Dales pools drained the Pool themselves and applied sealant around the drain, but the pool continued to leak. In the fall of 2025, Brandon , the son, admitted he could not stop the leak and agreed to replace the the liner in the spring of 2026. When spring arrived ,we were told by Corey, the father, they would no longer honor the repair because "someone else drained the pool" even though their own company had drained it during prior repair attempts. We are now facing approximately $7,500 in repairs due to what multiple professionals identified as a faulty install. It was all sunshine and rainbows until it came time for them to honor their word. Then we were ghosted. They will not respond to any communication attempts.

I had a spring break on my 7 X 17 garage door. Called Custom an they came it fairly quickly with a…read moretech and a trainee. Spring was the left side spring. Tech sent the trainee to the truck to get a spring. they replaced the spring and could not to get the door to work. every time they tried to operate it the cables would come off the pullies. After 2 hours I left to go to the bank, they wanted $250.00 in cash or an extra $30.00 for check or credit card. Finally it worked a couple times, paid and they left. 2 days later same thing happened. They came back with a different trainee. They fooled with the door again for over 2 hours and said the bearings were bad causing the cables to pop off. Said I would need a new door, the owner would get back to me the next day. My door was held closed with. pair of vise grips above a roller and charged me another $75.00 cash of course. After 3 days, on the advice of as neighbor, I called Precision. Their tech came out a couple hours and we discussed the problem. Took him 5 minutes to tell me they had put on the wrong spring annd wrong hand spring. Said it was a rookie mistake. Had it repaired and operating in less than hour. Still working properly 6 weeks later. I returned the improper spring to Cuotom and gave Robin pictures of the whole mess. Asked for my money back as they did not fist the door, damaged it on one corner, lend greasy hand prints Afrocentric the bottom of the door and left cigarette buts in the driveway and half smoked in the garage. If anyone is interested in the pictures, call me 502-565-8274. I gave them a 1 as there in not a 0. Would I recommend them,HELL NO. One thing I for got to mention, after they left the first time, my neighbor across the street cam over and wanted to know what was going on. Said he could hear screaming at each other in his house. I called Joe Hill's Powersports & Equipment at 10 AM on 1/4/2020 and 1PM on the same day they delivered me a fully installed and setup Green Mountain Grill at a great price and small delivery fee! Saved me so much money having to order out every night and tastes so much better and satisfying. Going to smoke my first chicken tomorrow.
