Brett capped the cost at a certain amount and when the cleaning was almost done, I was told that it was more work and would be an additional one hundred dollars. I always want to compensate fairly and while I do agree that it was more work than expected, I prefer to be made aware of this in the beginning, not at the end. I reluctantly agreed because it is an awkward situation but it left me feeling a bit uneasy. Will did a wonderful job, but just want to make others aware to confirm total cost upfront so you are not surprised. Update: Brett reached out to me and was able to resolve the situation. As you can see from the photos, not much difference between the before and after. Also, lack of attention to detail as they sprayed around my fire pit and didn't bother to clean it off afterwards. When I contacted them afterwards I was told the concrete was old and stained which would have been nice to know before they started working if the pressure washing wasn't going to make any difference. Additionally, they had a hard time moving the large patio couch so they left it but also sprayed all over the pillows as seen in the pictures. I was able to move the couch by myself so I'm not sure why two grown men were not able to. The window of arrival was also 9-10am but they didn't arrive until closer to 10:45. I guess you get what you pay for?
