My experience with the person sets up financials.Before I signed contract I requested a different date for my payment,His response was sure contact office, I wish I had followed my first mind . Called Perfect Smiles was told to call financial third party , they told me to call financial person.I called was on hold for extremely long time with no solution. The next day he called called third party lender was told call on day payment was due and they would change due date , THAT TURNED OUT TO BE ANOTHER FIB, I'm a straight forward person and asked for the same , I'm told make first payment then we'll change due date,Don't do business if they don't tell the truth,I told loan person at Just smiles I don't allow anyone access to my bank account I'm old school but this is how you lose control of your own money. First time changing dentist since I was a child, and I thought I'd give Perfect Smiles a chance. Turns out it was much better than I could have ever expected, especially trying something so new. As I walked in, I was welcomed to the new office with a smile. The front desk was extremely helpful and delightful. I had literally almost no waiting time and I was called back. My hygienist Nada took time to ask me about my history and make me feel at home. She had such a gentle touch and was very knowledgeable. After the cleaning the Doctor Murphy came in and introduced himself to me. He went over a whole treatment plan of everything that I need to get done without being overbearing. They even took xrays to show me where the work was needed and why it was needed. Overall, a great visit, a beautiful office, and a welcoming atmosphere for a place where people usually hate to be at. 10/10 recommend. read more

This was not my first visit and every time it's a great experience. From the front staff to the hygienist to the doctor. I absolutely love coming here. Terrie the hygienist is one amazing, knowledgeable, friendly woman you will ever meet. While shes cleaning your teeth you can tell she absolutely loves her job and cares for as an individual. she takes her time to learn you and remember every single detail as if your family. She made me feel like I was important to her not just another patient. She was so thorough with explaining everything including my xrays,I absolutely forgot I had to see the actual doctor. When Dr. Winters came I still felt like family with the excellent bed side manner. I'm so pleased my insurance change or I would have never found them. My family and I were all patients of Dr. Gerry. After he retired we stick around to give perfect smiles a chance. EVERY experience has been awful. My children both had cleaning appts last week. I sat in the waiting room for 50 mins. After the 50 mins I was called to the desk and told both their appts were cancelled and needed to be rescheduled. I was in a waiting room with 6 other people and no one else was called up and cancelled. I have tried calling at least 10 times to talk to an office manager and the response I get each time (with attitude) is that they're unavailable. The wait times are insane, the receptionists are not professional and sadly I will be finding another dentist for my family. read more

My Dentist in Oak Lawn retired. I decided to go to Perfect Smiles in Beverly after a good recommendation from a friend. I will never go anywhere else. I was nervous and was quickly put at ease. Every single person there is very nice and polite. I chose to see Dr Winter again after the 1st appointment with him. He is a great dentist. Very professional and I have complete confidence in him. Typically I am afraid of the dentist, but when I am here the staff makes me feel comfortable and I forget why I was ever afraid of the dentist. Very accommodating with scheduling and always do their best to fit me in ASAP and at the best time for me. They will even call if there are cancellations to see if I can come sooner!
