Not only they failed to notify me of an out-of-network plan, they continued with my cleaning without mentioning insurance would not pay. Furthermore, the female hygienist was extremely short and rude. Having a bad day, clearly not my fault. Lastly, I received an invoice for services I never asked for. It was just a cleaning but they decided to add more to it. I tried to be civil with billing rep Bryanna, but she too had an attitude and continued to speak over me. Clearly they knew they screwed up. Unprofessional, rude, and outright shady business on failure to notify me of out-of-network insurance. I'm glad I found a better Dental service nearby.

At the end of the two hours, they will surprise you with the $500+ consultation fee. Do not trust your dentist who might be part of this scam. Do your own research. After teeth are removed they then insist you have cadaver bone transplanted into your jaw, which can be rejected, and they wait for it to (MAYBE) heal, so they can then send you for more tests and see if you can have tooth implants installed that take another year or so to heal and hope for no complications which apparently most people end up with! For further info, look at the recent article published by the Head of Harvard University Dental Medical Health. Restorative dental care is healthier and much safer for everyone in both the short and long term. Kalil and Kress no longer do what is best for the patients long term health. We know, we were their clients in the first months they opened their dental office and in 2024 after consulting with our Harvard Medical/Dental MD's and MassGenBrigham, we left Kalil & Kress for a much healthier dental practice !

In fact, it became a little bit more like a factory. Wait times increased (why book a 2 pm appointment to then wait until 2:30pm to see the dental assistant?!?!). The constant up sale for mouth guards became incessant. The basic feel of the place was to find a way to get more $$$$ from you. The final straw was having a procedure done at a high cost that was not needed to be done at that time since our insurance was switching over. One would think that Kalil and Kress would find a solution to either provide a discounted rate or some sort of discount for the years of being a loyal customer but this was not the case. Much like Nashua Eye, they grew too big and it was time to leave and find another place to take our business to. Am I sad? I little bit. Could this been prevented? I am not sure. I can say this, if I get told that I grind my teeth and need a mouth guard at $400, I am going to lose my mind.....I guess the article in Dentistry Today says "push the mouth guards, it's easy money....." Dr Brar and team have been taking care of me for over six years and for that entire time my experience has been nothing but stellar. Today we completed the crown and bridge work that started three months ago with the installation of five implants. I spent 2-1/2 hours in the chair experiencing Dr Brar's uncompromising pursuit towards perfection which resulted in a most natural look and natural bite one could ever hope for. The man is a cut above. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the care he has given me. I started going…read moreto this establishment of dentistry about three years ago when it turned out that my college diet of awful cafeteria food and soda ruined my already weaker-than-paper teeth. Since that fateful day, I have gone back every time I needed a filling (okay, fillings. Lots of fillings) or any other dental problems I've had over the years. I also really need to mention why I returned time and time again: everyone here is a fabulous and friendly person! For me, someone who is quite a pain at the dentist and makes their job 10x harder, they try to make me as comfortable as they can and work with me to get the job done. I'm actually very sad that I no longer live in New Hampshire because it means that I have to find a new dentist. My heart is still broken because I miss the beautiful faces of Krothapalli Family Dental. But I thought I could heal by writing them an excellent review, which I told them I would do at my last appointment back in May. This is, in my super professional opinion, the best dentist's office in the entire world (at least for me).
