I have been a patient for at least four years. But recently I switched insurance and informed this office two days prior to my cleaning appointment. Not only they failed to notify me of an out-of-network plan, they continued with my cleaning without mentioning insurance would not pay. Furthermore, the female hygienist was extremely short and rude. Having a bad day, clearly not my fault. Lastly, I received an invoice for services I never asked for. It was just a cleaning but they decided to add more to it. I tried to be civil with billing rep Bryanna, but she too had an attitude and continued to speak over me. Clearly they knew they screwed up. Unprofessional, rude, and outright shady business on failure to notify me of out-of-network insurance. I'm glad I found a better Dental service nearby. read more

They are honest about the insurance process and helpful with estimates. Dr. Weener is straightforward, honest, and charming. He takes great care to explain any procedure and goes through each step with you like an equal. He is extremely helpful in determining a path of care as well I highly recommend if you are looking to switch or were nervous to jump back in to dental care after a long time away like I was. I was a patient of Dr. Weener when he first began his practice in Nashua. I continued as a very satisfied patient until I moved out of state in 2010. Since then, I have lived in several other states and never found a dentist as great as Dr. Weener. His professionalism and personality are top notch. The upside of this office is that Dr. Wiener and his dental staff are outstanding. They do excellent work and made me feel totally comfortable. That said, his billing staff is completely inept. I was told my two insurances would cover all the charges for a cleaning and then a filling. It then took four months of back and forth as they couldn't figure out which insurance to bill correctly and my wife had to guide them through the correct process to finally have the primary insurance billed, then the secondary. Then after all that I get a bill from them for the remainder of what the insurance didn't cover, which was exactly what they told me wouldn't happen. If you don't mind dealing with that hassle, then the actual dental staff is fantastic. read more

On Tuesday, February 13, 2018 my 1st grade child fell during recess at a school playground and knocked the top front adult tooth out. At 12:40pm I received a call from the school nurse informing me that I needed to pick up my child immediately and bring my child to the dentist for an emergency visit while she went to look for the rest of my child's tooth at the playground. I immediately hung up with the school nurse and called my child's dentist Dr. Weener at Landmark Dental. When I called, an answering service representative answered the phone explaining that ALL dentists, hygienists and front desk receptionists were on lunch for 1 hour. The answering service placed me on hold while attempting to call the "emergency line" 3 times. She popped in and out of our call each time she tried. After 3 failed attempts calling a medical professional the representative explained she could not get ahold of anyone and could not give me any medical advice. At this point, I was confused, distraught and unaware of where I should bring my child. Should I bring him into the emergency room, pediatricians office or find another local dentist that can take my child as an emergency patient?! These are questions a parent should not be left to answer on their own especially during normal business hours. With the guidance of a local friend I was able to get my child in for an emergency appointment with another local dentist. I received a call back from Landmark Dental when their lunch time was over. At this point I already set up an emergency appointment with another local dentist, picked up my child from school and was almost at the new Dentist office. I explained that I was going to another dentist due to the fact that no one answered their "emergency line" 3 times and I needed medical attention immediately for my child. I called Landmark Dental the following day and spoke with Dr. Weener's wife (front receptionist) and explained my frustrations with the fact that no medical professional was available to answer their answering service's 3 emergency phone calls during my son's emergency. She explained that Mon-Thurs from 12:30pm-1:30pm ALL employees (dentists, hygienists, and front desk associates) have lunch together on the second floor of their place of business. She said they have a phone line set up for emergencies that is on the second floor near the table they eat lunch at. She also said that she didn't know why no one answered the phone but that the office needed to re-evaluate the way they were doing things. I asked her to have Dr. Weener call me as I wanted to express my concerns as well as ask for medical advice pertaining to his 7 year old patient who no longer has an adult top front tooth and now is on antibiotics and an antiseptic mouthwash. This is due to an exposed root/nerve that was hanging out of the mouth. I was told that Dr. Weener was on vacation until the following Tuesday February 20th and that he would call me when he was back in the office. I received no call at all from Dr. Weener. I waited 6 days and still no call. On Monday February 26th, I decided to call Landmark Dental to find out why Dr. Weener never returned my phone call. At this point, I was still confused as to where I should continue my 7 year olds treatment. Do I continue at the new Dentist office that took my child during an emergency or do I try to go back to Landmark dental which is where my child is familiar with? A front end receptionist answered and re-directed my call to Dr. Weener's wife. She explained to me that Dr. Weener doesn't want to talk to me and refuses to call me back. She also explained that he refuses to give me any medical advice for my child even though he is my child's dentist. Dr. Weener's wife also said that if I don't like the way Landmark Dental is operated not only can my child leave but my entire family of 5 can leave as well. Never in my life have I ever dealt with a Dentist that didn't care about his patients especially a first grade child. I have no idea why Dr. Weener wouldn't want to make sure his patient was ok and try to make what occurred during my child's emergency right. All I know is that my entire family of 5 will never step foot in Landmark Dental's place of business ever again. read more

The business has a great deal for customers without insurance. They have a great team of women throughout the process. Everything is explained before they work on you.
