Their prices are quite reasonable too. The Vietnamese owner (I believe he is the owner) is very accommodating. He always makes me feel that everything can be done. However, there is another associate, Kelvin, who is just the opposite. He rushes through the designing process. He is quite impatient. We designed a poster board together and I felt rushed choosing the font I like. We finally decided on it and when I picked it up, it was a totally different one. I guess this job is quite small compared to their business services and he's not giving it the attention every customer wants. I'd still give them 4-stars just because the owner is very nice. I was not in the shopping mood, but if you should need some exotic, cheap art work, have a gander in this store, there are some lovely pieces for under twenty dollars. Art always spruces up any space! If you should need supplies to make your own art, Family Art also sells those. Acrylic and oil paints, along with brushes as well as traditional Chinese brushes are all available at affordable prices.

Compared to some of the other stores, it didn't have as much variety, but the artwork itself was just as nice and it was much more affordably priced. Great for picking up lovely Asian art without breaking the bank. You can also have them do custom art and framing if you have something specific in mind. The art supplies they offered (yes, they had the exact scroll i wanted) were also more affordable than what I had seen at other stores. The scroll was less than half the price that i was offered at one other place. The store was being serviced by the owners it seemed and they did a great job of helping me find what I wanted without being overly pushy or tentative like I had seen at some of the other shops. But then we got a bill for all 8 stamps and was told all 8 were made. So ya, that sucked. $1000 down the drain. Not great customer service, putting blame on customer is pretty terrible. Later, they have the option to send it to the bigger Minuteman shops. At the front desk and on the phone is young Kevin, a multi-tasker in the least. C.S., a bit of graphic design and print shop experienced. He was very accommodating and able to manipulate my file to make a small design change that made a big difference. Franchise owner Amir is there to keep the show in line. These two are so friendly you almost want to invite them for dinner! My job was no big challenge, but it was done efficiently and on time. Awesome! I was…read moredesperate. I needed two copies of my resume before an interview and my printer at home broke five minutes before I was due to leave the house. Typical. Frustratingly, I was turned away by two other local printing companies who snootily told me they only deal with creative printing/repo, despite having standard colour printers. However, after stumbling in a blind panic through the bright yellow door, Martin at Rocket kindly printed out two colour copies immediately, no trouble at all, and for free! Super kind. I guess they normally deal with high quality photo prints. Being in such a rush, I left my memory stick behind and he later contacted me to let me know he'd put it aside for safe keeping until I could collect it. Thanks Rocket! Really appreciate your help in my hour of need. I'm looking at getting some black and white film developed soon so will definitely be bringing it along.
