This is the best LASH Studio ever! The energy is perfection! I came on a random day throughout the week and my energy was transformed immediately upon walking in. First off, being greeted by the wonderful Felixe was great! The warming pink made me feel very welcome. I made an appointment beforehand and as soon as I got set up for my LASH appointment, I was warmly greeted again. Felixe, my LASH technician and artist, walked me through the process and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. It was a humbling and amazing experience. The time was minimal and there was no pain. Felixe is super excellent; I recommend Felixe to everyone, as well as the other LASH technicians and artists. They're all very thorough--they take their time and truly make you feel welcome, even if it's your first time. When I was done, I was surprised with how fast it all was, I was very relaxed, and I felt very connected to myself for the first time in years. 3rd time here and went in today for my classic volume mix fill with Felix and they came out very nice. I'm glad I found a new place to get my lashes done since the previous artist I went to moved away. This location is quite far for me but worth the drive. I would advise maybe having pillows available to go under the knees cause it can get uncomfortable after awhile. I don't always get my lashes done but I'm glad I found a place to get them done when I do. read more

So I recently decided to try the lash extensions since my lash lift went so well. I was a little nervous going into it because I was worried about the up keep and whether or not I would like the results. The first time I went with the classic set and upon seeing my lashes I was in love! They looked amazing! And yet so natural. When I came in for a fill I told Tyler I wanted to try a little more volume but nothing too crazy. He suggested the classic/volume mix. At first I was hesitant about the lashes and worried they would look too dramatic. After I went home I put on a little bit of eyeshadow and can I just say wow! Let me start off by saying this salon really is the cutest ever! They're always playing great music & it's very clean. I have gotten a lash lift before from Felix, and it was the absolute best! The perm lasted about 3 months & looked exceptionally good. I decided to come a second time. My lashes had a bad reaction to it & I wasn't happy with the outcome. I love Felix and Tyler!! They're both perfectionists, very clean, precise, certified, licensed, and professional. They're very passionate about what they do, they're already amazing but always take classes to learn different techniques and expand their services. They can do classic, stacked, skyline, volume and mega volume lashes (which I haven't seen many people in Fresno able to do.) lash lifts, brow and facial waxing, and eyebrow microblading. So I was a little worried about someone tugging my lashes for the length of this service. So if you are worried like I was, dont be! First off, who needs falsies or mascara when you can get lash extensions! Second, Felix, who does my lashes is phenomenal. He brings such ease and relaxation during the whole process. As a regular you feel like family and always welcomed. He is very knowledgeable as he has been doing lashes for about 5 years. He knows all techniques and can manage lengths for all lashes. Every two weeks I go in for fills, mega volume, and I walk out very happy. You wake up looking bright and awake with your lashes. I went from 17's to 13's and my lashes still look great with both lengths. I suggest you come in and get them done, you'll be satisfied with the results! You won't regret it! I got tired of always curling my lashes and putting mascara on just for them to fall flat again. Looked up lash lift salons and Felix and his shop came out and book and appointment. The spot is a little difficult to find but if you park in the parking lot walk through the middle of the four buildings then it's on the left inside (where I guess the courtyard would be)! Walking in it's SUPER cute, all pink and white and pretty I loved it! Felix pulled me back and got started. I'd say the whole process took about 30-40 minutes, I just took a little nap during it haha! Relaxing and no harsh pressure. The result was beautiful! I don't know what I was expecting when I went it as this was my first time, but I'm super pleased with the work and will definitely be back for a touch up or even some extensions! read more

I arrived on time for my appointment but after 16 min of waiting and not being greeted/acknowledged, I just asked to be rescheduled. This place has zero regard for their clients schedule. As a courtesy it would be nice to the clients if they acknowledged their clients arrival or let the client know the salon is running behind. They charge clients for missing appt or being late, DO THEY DISCOUNT CLIENTS WHEN THEY LATE? Plus this place charges NEW clients additional $20? I started getting my lashes done by Tyler in August 2019 and I have been with him ever since! He is so talented at what he does and I love the way my lashes look every single time. He does exactly what I ask him to and they last forever- 2-3 weeks (and still pretty full). He is professional, but kind. He always starts on time and his fills take an hour or less. I had tried other lash artists in Fresno but he is my favorite! They also play great music which is definitely a plus. So this was the first time I had ever gotten anything done to my eyes before and I was pretty worried going in, but it was so amazing and so beautiful. A quick tip the place is super confusing to get to if you don't know where you are. You have to park and walk around to the studio, the whole complex is easy to get around. Now the lashes, hands down amazing!! I got a lift done instead of lashes because I have pretty long and full lashes so I wanted to see if this was a cheaper alternative for me and I'm in love I couldn't be happier. Felix did an amazing job, he was so nice and friendly, the whole group was they included me in their conversations and everything it made it feel like I was hanging out with friends instead of total strangers, which makes it so much nicer in my opinion. Oh one more tip if your getting a lift done, it looks even better as the night goes on! O think the eyelashes haven't fully dried yet when you leave the studio yet so their more clumped together if that makes since but as the day goes on it's more and more beautiful!! 10/10 can't wait to get my lift redone!! read more

I give this place one star because they COMPLETELY wasted my time. I canceled my laser appointment to be turned down service. I got petty vibes as soon as I walked in the door. And then they had the nerve to say" your missing 50% of lashes we can't fill them". Before an appointment they should ask for a picture of your current lashes to see what kind of appointment you need. I drove to BFE to literally get denied. I've never been turned down a fill due to how many lashes I have in my life time. Usually the artist will try and add as many lashes as possible for the time being that you booked. And this was not the case. Lol it's an actual joke I don't reccomend going here EVER. read more
