We called. They told us the couch we ordered was out of stock. Wait, what? You couldn't have told us that when we bought it?? You let us pay for it and didn't even have it?! Crooks. We want our money back and they said no refunds. Ummmm you have to make a sale to refund something. You have our money and that's it. They gave us a June delivery date. Guess what? You notice a pattern going on? The date rolls around. Couch? Nope. Money back? Nope. Can we speak to the owner? Nope- he apparently doesn't speak with customers. WHAT?? What kind of business is this? After they gave us a July delivery date we filed a dispute with our credit card. Within 20 minutes they called us and told us we could pick up our couch by the end of the week. THE END OF THE WEEK! Just a drop of water on a microfiber cloth. Of great importance, if one of the chairs should be damaged, (very unlikely)you can just order another one. I have seen numerous complaints from customers of large furniture stores, stating that when they wanted a replacement, the item was no longer available.
