This was my second round getting furniture bc I wanted to upgrade my couch and bed . I chose furniture fair four years ago as well and customer service was superb! Quality for the price, also superb! He listened to our thoughts and measurements and immediately took us to several viable options on the showroom floor. He knew the stock very well and the process of ordering different fabrics. Description of complaint: I purchased a sectional sofa 7/18/23 at the Furniture Fair in Beavercreek, Ohio. It was delivered 8/11/23. It has had minimal usage by me and the fabric is pilling. I called the store and a technician came to my house 1/16/24. I was told that fabric is not covered by the warranty, and had I purchased the $250 protection plan it would still not be covered. This fabric is substandard and I was told that it is a common problem with this fabric. It would seem that Furniture Fair should not sell this fabric if they are aware of the problem...And their warranty should cover the fabric when it starts wearing out in the first 5 months. read more

We purchased a dinning room set and was told it would be coming from the warehouse the next week and would be to together by the delivery guys. When the delivery guys arrived I was told a chair was split and I would be getting a brand new chair most likely in a few days. He said he wasn't sure exactly how long it would take because they come in a box as a set. We went into the store later that evening to shop and found out they sold /delivered us the floor display. We knew this because there was a Sold sign with our information sitting on the other table where "said display" was previously siting. The manager said he could only take off 1/2 the delivery charge. Poor customer service, we should have received a brand new dinning room set out of the box, not floor model that had scratches! Yes scratches because the delivery guy pulled out a marker to touch ups! read more

I would give 5 stars to our sales person without a doubt but when you spend $7000-8000 for a leather sofa/sectional you expect the sectional to show up with all the hardware and the wireless charger you paid for to be installed. The console for the sectional did not have the hardware to connect it to the recliner next to it on one side. The wireless charger we paid for to have installed was not there either. The delivery person called and talked to someone who was supposed to call us back that day. It is August 29 as I type this and our delivery was August 18 and we have yet to hear from the store about the missing items for our couch. Not one word through a phone call, email, or text. My wife has called them several times and they say the lady we need to talk to is out of the office. I am about to have them come pick up the sectional and recliner and get my money back since they didn't deliver what was in the contract for our purchase. I guess customer satisfaction and good communication is not a priority once they have your money. read more

First of all the two stars are for the furniture quality only. We went in at the end of the November for a couch, ended up being there for 4-5 hours as the salesman was training and needed assistance with the order, which is understandable, but too long to be there. We also ordered a couple of other items. The estimated delivery date for everything was 12/30, we got 2 out of 3 items on 1/09 and are STILL waiting for the 3rd item to be delivered! We went in to ask about it, salesman said he would call us about it that day, never did. Went in again to ask, they said it should be here by the end of march, which is 2 months waiting for it. Overall, not satisfied with the customer service and lack of communication from this store. read more

This store has a great selection of quality furniture. I was looking for an entertainment center, and Lomoro was super helpful. I found one that I loved, but I wanted to check out another furniture store before I bought it. I found the same center that I loved at Furniture Fair at the other store. It cost $200 more at the other store! In all, Furniture Fair has great service, great selection, and great prices. I'm appreciative for the new store on N Fairfield. read more

Very disappointed with Furniture Fair in Beavercreek. We purchased a living room set back in October and received the items in April. We knew it would take a little while, due to Covid-19. The problem was when we received the items there were several issues. The sofa and love seat had nicks, scratches, which they said they could repair. Love seat and sofa had issues with the motorized reclining feature. I called the store and told them that I just want a new sofa and love seat. They told me that they have a year warranty with the manufacture to get the damaged items repaired, no replacement. Although, I did not like that explanation, I expressed to them that I would let someone come out and try to fix the problem with this brand new living room set that I just received. The repairman came out today and was able to repair the love seat , but the sofa needs a new motor for it to recline. After the repair guy left, I immediately called and told them I just want a replacement, not my money back, but a new sofa. I was then told to wait until the new motor comes in and if that does not work , they will replace the sofa. I asked the salesperson on the phone what if I got the furniture and said I didn't think it fit right in my living room would you let me return the furniture. I was told yes, as long it was returned within three days of the delivery. My question to future furniture buyers is if they really believe that customer satisfaction was rendered? I was delivered damaged goods, point blank. I sincerely think that's not the right way to handle this situation. Well, needless to say, I will not be shopping there in the future.
