I simply called to ask if there has been a change in their business because what used to cost me $30, now cost $80 and nobody even dried my car when I got to the end of the line. I have been going to this car wash for years and I work across the street. I mean, I guess you get what you pay for... $35 interior detail. Actually, I paid $45 cause I was told to go in front and they started spraying soap on my car before I told them that I just wanted an interior detail. So I got an added wash for an additional $10 that I didn't want in the first place, which also left water spots all along my windshield. If I didn't look too hard, my car looked great when I got it back! But when I took a closer look, they did basically the bare minimum. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. read more

This car wash is in a great location, but a bit pricey for the mediocre job they do in finishing the vehicle. I have visited on three separate occasions and in every situation I had to ask the staff to do things like, clean the windows and actually dry off my car. Now, perhaps I am mistaken in thinking that when you purchase the highest car wash option short of detailing it that I will drive away with a car that looks like it is clean. My bad. This is certainly not the case. During my last visit, I was so disappointed that I asked for a manager was told that there isn't one on site. While it looks like they spend a lot of attention and care to the cars they are detailing, this is not the place to stop for a full service car wash. And if you are searching for a quick rinse, there are other automatic spots that will do a better job for less. read more

Over the weekend I traveled up to Vermont and hit a few snow squalls. Needless to say, our Pilot was covered in salt from the road. I opted for the $20 package after consulting with the attendant who assured me that that would be the best value and most effective to clean the undercarriage and tires. Went through the car wash and was pleased to see another attendant come over to wipe down the car after the air dryer completed its cycle. Typically, we would park the car and vacuum so I would see the outside of the car prior to departing. Today I didn't do that and presumed the car would at least be cleaned on the outside, even if there remained a few seams or small areas that needed attention. I drove home and was more than a little disappointed to see myriad streaks of dirt and salt still on the car. The back barely looked cleaned at all. I understand that salt may be trickier to clean off but if it doesn't look clean, I don't know why they simply wouldn't have asked me to drive through once more. I will be looking elsewhere in the future. I've heard nice things about their detailing work so I gave 2 stars instead of 1 but clearly the actual car wash is not a priority. I just dropped my Acura RDX off in a terrible state, interior was covered in sand from the beach, woodland leaves, smashed up kids snacks etc ...we get out and about a lot as a family so my car gets some heavy use! Anyway it's been ages since I had it cleaned and the car was returned to me good as new!! So super impressed and they don't charge a fortune like most of the specialized car detailing places. After reading these reviews, the 2.5 star average just doesn't do Perfection justice. I've been coming here for a couple years, with all of my vehicles, and they always do a fantastic job. All of the staff is friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. If you have a specific area of concern, just let them know and they will make sure to give it the attention it needs. They work fast, and do a fantastic job for the money. I know they are bad, but I drove by it and my windows needed cleaning. I was not expecting much, at least to be able to see clearly through the windshield. After the "Super shine", my windows were barely better than before - you could still see the wipers' mark. And forget the bottom or the back. Very superficial work. read more

Yeah, I know it's raining but it wasn't when I got there. Anyway - my car was in desperate need of a wash inside and out. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and given my car washing options. I told them that my car is just dirty and to please clean it. That is exactly what they did. I just left one happy customer and the price was more than right- practically unbelievable. I got out with the same dirt on the car as I got in the difference is that I am $10 less in my pocket! They simply don't care. This is my go-to place for car washes MetroWest of Boston (within 128). There is a dire need for my car to be routinely washed is the middle of each Spring when the tree hanging above my driveway unleashes a slew of sticky substances (bug, bird, tree, etc). Some car washes I've been to make me re-pay to go through the wash a second time if it didn't all come off the first time. Not Perfection (formerly Sunshine Auto Wash) - in fact, they tell me as I'm paying to just swing around at the end to have the car re-washed in advance! If they don't do that, historically the guys at the end that towel-off the car afterward notice that my car is still a mess and have me go back for round-two. I give them 4 out of 5 simply because I feel their prices are a tad high. Perhaps one can attribute that to their superior service, but it certainly puts them out of price-point competition with other mechanical car washes around. Maybe at the others you get what you pay for? Also when comparing their detailing services to others, their prices remain higher than most. Long-story-short: Good cleaning, great service, okay prices, will repeat and definitely recommend. read more

They do an excellent job detailing for $35 and it is quite quick. The quick run through outside wash does a good job and they actually hand dry at the end no matter what. They are always quite busy, so be prepared to wait a few if you want an inside detail. Very pleasant staff. read more

These people are bozos. I've run my car thru a few times and always saw cars being detailed so I thought I would have them do my carpets and interior. What a mistake, after two days I had to take towels to absorb the excess water on all the carpets. When I did this I realized that they ripped out one of the plastic anchors that the carpet snaps into to hold it down. I have a 4" inch wide piece of carpet missing on the drivers side; the liner under the carpet is gone too so it down to the metal frame. The big question is why did I not check yelp 1st! read more

I use the prestige car wash in Waltham. it is close to work. but it is under construction so I needed and alternative to do my car for a few weeks. this was the closest to my job so I went there. I got there and drove in. prayed for the 12 dollar wash. the employees were just staring in the distance and it was like I was not there. drove the car thru and had to dry it myself. it was full of soap and when I got to the office I had soap and water stains all over the car. the place looks low tech and I cannot criticize the service since there was none. I rather leave the car dirty ill rather use my car was next to home until prestige is open again. I wish I had my money back. I froze my hands drying the damn thing since the air blowers do not dry the cars. I regret ever going there. read more

I have brought my car here several times for a quick wash and it's been fine. Today I needed an interior and exterior wash. Manager told me to leave my car and come pick it up in 1 hour. I was nervous to leave the keys but trusted them. I showed up 2 hours later with my car in the exact spot with no wash, clean anything. First place I've ever been to where the car came out dirtier after they were done...also "hand drying" with half dirty towels leaving fuzz from the towel all over the car. Great way to get more scratches...If you have a nice car DO NOT bring it here. If you take a look at inside the wash itself you can see how dirty the brushes are. Lastly, the people who work there are Hispanic assholes who speak about you behind your back. Unfortunately I speak spanish....Good thing they have a body shop next door you can take your car to when they are done dirtying/scratching it up at the car wash. My car was really dirty, so I went here to get it washed. I thought $14 was a bit pricey, but the personal service was nice. After the car dried a bit, I noticed the windows weren't clean - neither on the side, nor front, nor back. For $14, I don't expect perfection, but I do expect obvious bits of the windows to be clean. So I went back to ask them to touch it up. However, there was no-one at the front desk, and everyone I met was busy working and told me to go to the front desk. But there was still no-one there, and no-one came to help. So in the end I just drove off in my not-quite-clean car, to complain on Yelp instead. read more

At first I had high hopes, with the $14 wash price including undercarriage. But afterwards, even after two guys toweled down the car, there were all these runs and streaks and stains especially all down the back of the car, which I ended up having to rub down myself.
