While the exterior paint and coating looked great, everything else fell short. My rims were still dirty, the interior wasn't cleaned, and there were smudges still on the windshield. The middle console still had coffee stains and wasn't even vacuumed. The exhaust tips were still dirty, untouched and covered in dust. My wife's makeup smudges on the passenger visor were still there -- I ended up wiping them off myself. The rearview mirror was still dirty. Exhaust tips still covered in dirt and grime. Carpet is still dirty with a mild mess that could've been mildly scrubbed, vacuumed and removed. These are basic detail items -- and the list goes on and on! When I brought up the issues, I was told the interior was "free anyway." That is simply not true. We negotiated $800 at the door for everything -- nothing was free. If the interior wasn't included, I absolutely would have gone somewhere else. They also removed items from my car and lost them -- including a cable I rely on due to a disability. Yes, they acknowledged it when I pointed it out, but accountability after the fact doesn't fix my missing items, and I don't have time to chase them down. I've been getting my cars professionally detailed for 15+ years, and I have never experienced this level of carelessness, excuses, or disregard for personal property. Even though the ceramic coating and exterior came out nicely, everything else was underwhelming, frustrating, and not worth the money. I do not recommend SOS Detail -- and I left feeling cheated out of my time, my money, and my belongings. I was sold on excellence but given below average results. Go anywhere but here.

I scheduled a Mini Detail for my car which has no spills in it or major messes. He went out for 5m and came back in to say it wasn't possible as a mini detail was for vehicles that were cleaned often, about twice a month on average. Really? This car is not very dirty, the reasons he gave were that he saw crumbs in the door jamb. I could vacuum the car in 15m and fix that problem. Then said he would only clean the vehicle for the most expensive package which was nearly twice the price. The car is not very dirty, I just wanted to get it cleaned a bit to post it for sale. When I pushed back on this he said hey if you don't want to do this you could choose to take you car somewhere else. No hesitation, cool, I'm out. What a waste of time. Won't be going back there. I have had my cars detailed at several different places and I have never had a problem like this.

He communicated well, and did a great job finding mold in places I didn't know to look, which justified upgrading from a tier 1 to a tier 2 mold option. There are two small dark spots on my light gray leather that he was unable to completely remove, easily ignored. My only complaint is he did not have the ingredients listing for three of the solutions he used for cleaning (understandably filled at the shop by someone else into refillable spray bottles). I always want to know as my wife has chemical sensitivity. Good value imho.

They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. If you're looking for a reputable installer for PPF, ceramic, and tint, this shop is it! Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop. The rental car is the icing on the cake and makes getting work done incredibly convenient.

I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM on 8/4 for what should have been a straightforward process. Instead, I was treated to a masterclass in disorganization, zero internal communication, and passive-aggressive customer service. It starts the second you walk in. The front desk lady (whom I'll call Karen) was standoffish, rude, cold, and completely disorganized. They apparently don't use a scheduling system because I had to give her my full name, phone number, appointment time, and the reason I was there. She had no clue who I was meeting with, so she sent me to a guy at a nearby desk. I then had to repeat everything I had just told Karen to him--even though she was standing ten feet away. He also had no idea who I was. Finally, Howard (the person I actually booked with over the phone) came over from the next table. When I originally set up the appointment on 7/28, I gave them the exact make, model, and year of my vehicle --so they had all the details well in advance. Howard asked if I wanted additional work done while they had it, so I agreed to a full detail, which pushed my pickup to the next day (8/5). Completely fair. What isn't fair is the complete lack of basic automotive foresight. At 9:16 AM, I got a text saying the two tires needed more work than expected. I approved it by 9:31 AM, and they confirmed at 10:11 AM. Then... radio silence until 12:02 PM, when my point of contact texted asking for my wheel lock key. I admitted I didn't know what that was, but here's a thought: wouldn't it behoove a professional auto shop to ask about the vital key required to remove my tires when I booked the appointment on 7/28, or when I dropped the car off at 8:30 AM? So, at 12:30 PM--four hours after drop-off--they hadn't even started on my car. Howard called to ask if he could drive to the local dealership to get a key. Shortly after, he informed me the dealership would have to order the part (3-5 days out). Realizing Park Place Auto Salon is completely incompetent, I decided I was done. I texted Howard the next morning (8/5) letting him know I was cancelling the detail and picking up my car at 8:00 AM. I showed up at 8:00 AM. Howard was late and nowhere to be found. I was left waiting with Karen, who--true to form--was cold, unbothered, and didn't even offer me a seat, water, or coffee while I waited. When Howard finally rolled in, he went to check on the car, came back, and asked me, "Do you need the car today?" ...It's MY car! Why is that even a question?! He pulled the car around and casually mentioned he left the tire caps off so the dealership could see the wheel lock. I had to explicitly ask him to put my car back together and put the caps back on. To top it off, as I was leaving, he had the nerve to ask if I was "even going to go to the dealership." Brother, it doesn't matter what I do next. You messed up, wasted everyone's time, and showed a total lack of professionalism from start to finish. I remained polite through the entire nightmare, but this business is a joke. Avoid Park Place Auto Salon at all costs.

I have never been satisfied and always ended up leaving somewhat like I wasted my money and could have done a better job. After getting lucky with a cancellation, I got a same day appointment to detail my extended SUV. Ruslan was very personable, accommodating, and kind. We agreed on a price and the service was described as 'a detailed interior and washed exterior.' While I enjoyed a lunch and movie date with my cousin, this man, literally, bolted out all of my seats, removed my car's interior carpet and scrubbed everything until it looked better than brand new. Smelled like a new car while simultaneously having no 'cleaning product' smell to it, whatsoever. I thought my rims were a gunmetal grey; after Ruslan was finished with them, it turns out they're black! I am beyond impressed and regret ever going anywhere else. Any future gift cards will be for Straza only and personal and family member cars that ever get detailed will only be entrusted to Ruslan at Straza. Above and beyond.
