These guys came over on a Sunday morning, arriving right on time, and after several hours, left our absolutely filthy car looking like new. We have a 2020 Subaru cross track, and the job was $308 plus tax -- worth every penny. The only problem we had was getting hold of them initially. Somehow their website was messed up and we ended up at the Boston branch. As in Boston, Massachusetts. Boston sent our request to Seattle, though, and it got taken care of right away. If this happens to you, just go ahead and make your booking on the Boston site; they will pass it on. You can also call the phone number listed on the Boston website and get a human being to talk to. The first couple of guys that came out did a fair job - the windows needed to be redone and they did not do the roof of the truck. The owner sent another technician out who went above and beyond to make things right. (He even came out on his day off). That technician's name was Robert. And I can say I will give my car to these guys any day to be worked on. I took my old Volvo to get cleaned, and I was blown away by the service. After I picked up my jaw off the ground, because what looked like a new car I was also amazed by the professionalism of the staff. Incredibly good service for the multi-car detailing we had done today. Text message ahead of time before arrival, a call from the manager midway through the day to confirm pricing (special rate in March we didn't know about!), and a prompt 5.5 hours (right near what was quoted). I had to take the first car out in the rain to run an errand after it was completed and when I got back they touched it back up!
