Renee the technician diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and resolved the issue. First he managed to make a temporary repair so they didn't have to go without hot water, then when the parts arrived he returned and put in a permanent solution. Renee was kind and professional. These people are not right at all. They have the nerve to advertise "it doesn't have to be expensive to be professional"-- they are the total opposite! I reached out to Nelson who was referred by a lady from my mom's church-- so I'm thinking he is a plumber that is reputable and will do the services. No-- he kept saying his dispatcher would reach out and attempt to service me. This dispatcher sounds foreign, can't understand what she is saying. We go bk and forth over 4 phone calls trying to make an apt. Finally the guy that is doing services calls and says he is on the way. On every one of these phone calls including the intial call with Nelson and the 5 other calls no one mentioned anything about a service charge. The guy finally comes, I have a shower that recently was repaired improperly-- it sits upstairs over the kitchen. All of the sheetrock was precut and revealed the pipes, all the pipes replaced were new just not properly sealed-- I turned on the shower, ofcourse it wasnt leaking. I explained to Rick that I have 5 children and the leak using starts after the 3rd shower.. he never saw the shower leaking, he comes bk with a tape measure to measure the pipe and then tells me its going to be 785.00 to repair. And 85 for coming out. I ask him about how long do you think it would take-- he says about 2 to 3 hrs. Dude are you crazy! I tell him no one said anything about paying for you to come out and 85 bucks is a high service charge-- especially when he did absolutely nothing, I told him what was wrong, he didnt diagnose anything use any tools, he didnt even see a leak. I checked the reviews and I wish I had before calling these people. They even said they do 60 to 180day warranties but on the reciept they gave it says 30 day warranties for all repairs; 3 day warranties on some services. 180 warranties are only for water heater installation. NELSON AND HIS COMPANY ARE NOT RIGHT! THEY ARE OVER CHARGING PEOPLE AND DOING SERVICE CALLS WITHOUT TELLING PEOPLE THE COSTS FOR COMING OUT! THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING AND LYING TO CUSTOMERS! They came thru my home warranty company. They gave an estimate of $1000 to my company without diagnosing the problem. I had the problem fixed for far less than that. Do not trust this company, They came to check sprinklers and did not know much about sprinklers. read more

Not once mentioned the $1250 additional "parts" to replace a water heater during the initial visit. Ridiculous. I would not recommend. Perfection Plumbing installed a faucet for me and I noticed when they left it was dripping. I called to have them back out to look at the issue and they came out, looked at the faucet for less than 5 minutes and then charged me and additional $225. They said it was a manufacturer issue. They are not perfect and do not stand by their work. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

We had 2 guys come out on 05/31to fix our leaking tub. We have a Home Warranty Company that uses Perfection Plumbing. It is now leaking more because they had to remove the stem. We have called for 2 days now, and No One seems to know what the other is doing. I would NOT Recommend them for any plumbing needs. Via home warranty, they sent their plumber out to find leak for my hot tub. They took off a couple of panels to see if they could spot the leak....they didn't. Said they would come back next week if it was still leaking but wanted to leave deck panels off. I said no, put the panels as you found them. When I called the the following week, they wanted to charge me again to remove the panels! It took the guy all of five minutes to remove them. I called a new service, they came out, found the leak, it was a gasket needed to be replaced, and my hot tub is fine. Between the lousy customer service and lack of skills, I would not recommend them or use them again. read more

Perfection Plumbing accepted a contract from a warranty company to replace a water heater and charged me extra for the noncovered items. Before starting the job I asked him are you going to change out the parts that I was paying for said yes. But cheated me by collecting the money without doing the extra work I paid for. read more

I was referred to company by a friend of mine, but I wish I would have read these reviews before having them come out. I had them come out to repair my kitchen faucet. I was informed by the repairman that they couldn't fix it and I needed to get a new faucet. He told me that luckily the $75 fee I paid that day would go towards the installment which was $175. When I got a new faucet I called them back out (THE ONLY REASON I called them to install the new faucet was because I had already "paid towards" the service). When it was time to pay, I was told that I had to pay $175 and the $75 I paid on previous visit was "diagnostic" - the repairman called the manager in front of me to get this information. I looked at the receipt I got on first visit and there was no mention of what repairman told me verbally. Since I didn't have anything in writing, I went ahead and paid, but as I said to the repairman (& manager via speaker phone), I hope that $75 was worth losing any future business from me. I have also told my friend, so hopefully she will not refer anyone else to them. A couple of days later, I called back to speak to the manager to discuss my grievances, and to this day (over a month), he has not called me back. read more

Came out to fix my tub via Choice Home Warranty, told them the wrong information took my $65 and ran with it. Now I still have a broken tub!

The plumbers were professional, friendly, respectful, apparently knowledgeable and respected the cleanliness of the house. I have no complaints about them. I was assigned this company through Choice Home Warranty. The low review comes into what was shown and discussed and what was really placed. I had a Delta classic in chrome and bronze that was leaking so had to be replaced. I was shown a Glacier bay Constructor 4" which was not bad so I said go ahead. Day of installation and I was at work and they installed an Aragon 4" which is totally different from all my fixtures based on the Delta. I spoke with the manager N. and was told that I would have had to pay extra for an upgrade and if I had known this I would have gladly paid the extra huge amount of $7 to get the proper faucet. Now I have to pay extra for labor to change this ugly fixture plus the price of the fixture itself as CHW leaves it up to contractor to install whatever fixture they want. Issues: 1. Should have been up front with me if the Constructor 4" was an upgrade then I would have gotten it myself or paid the upgrade. 2. I spoke with the manager about their mistake and as previously stated he would only change the faucet if I paid again for their mistake. Fool me once... 3. Unwillingness to admit their mistake and make amends especially with a very dissatisfied customer. Even if it was a misunderstanding I think this could have been handled better. The last complaint I think is the most egregious as I believe everyone makes mistakes and I even called them to see if they will make some accommodations. K. had even called me to review them the day before. They did not reach out to me so I called them a day later and this is the result. My impression is if a company's bottom line is only worth $7 or $70 and would rather let a customer feel dissatisfied then that is a company I would rather not work with. It is my prerogative and I have told CHW not to assign this company to any of my properties. read more
