I reached out to Nelson who was referred by a lady from my mom's church-- so I'm thinking he is a plumber that is reputable and will do the services. No-- he kept saying his dispatcher would reach out and attempt to service me. This dispatcher sounds foreign, can't understand what she is saying. We go bk and forth over 4 phone calls trying to make an apt. Finally the guy that is doing services calls and says he is on the way. On every one of these phone calls including the intial call with Nelson and the 5 other calls no one mentioned anything about a service charge. The guy finally comes, I have a shower that recently was repaired improperly-- it sits upstairs over the kitchen. All of the sheetrock was precut and revealed the pipes, all the pipes replaced were new just not properly sealed-- I turned on the shower, ofcourse it wasnt leaking. I explained to Rick that I have 5 children and the leak using starts after the 3rd shower.. he never saw the shower leaking, he comes bk with a tape measure to measure the pipe and then tells me its going to be 785.00 to repair. And 85 for coming out. I ask him about how long do you think it would take-- he says about 2 to 3 hrs. Dude are you crazy! I tell him no one said anything about paying for you to come out and 85 bucks is a high service charge-- especially when he did absolutely nothing, I told him what was wrong, he didnt diagnose anything use any tools, he didnt even see a leak. I checked the reviews and I wish I had before calling these people. They even said they do 60 to 180day warranties but on the reciept they gave it says 30 day warranties for all repairs; 3 day warranties on some services. 180 warranties are only for water heater installation. NELSON AND HIS COMPANY ARE NOT RIGHT! THEY ARE OVER CHARGING PEOPLE AND DOING SERVICE CALLS WITHOUT TELLING PEOPLE THE COSTS FOR COMING OUT! THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING AND LYING TO CUSTOMERS!
