Upon arrival, multiple agreed-upon areas were not completed, including the inside of the oven, microwave, refrigerator, living room, and patio. At no point prior to booking was I informed that the entire service--including add-on services--was capped at a total of 2.5 hours. Had this limitation been disclosed, I would not have proceeded with the booking. Expecting two cleaners to complete a deep clean plus add-on services within this timeframe is unreasonable. The mid-service request for additional payment, combined with incomplete services, resulted in a failure to provide the services as represented at the time of booking. The cleaning staff were professional and courteous, and this review is directed solely at the company's policies and practices. Anyway, I can't say enough nice things about Clean Queens L.A.'s owner, Aleks, her sister Sofia, and their service. They've accommodated my schedule and periodic changes, listened to my requests, and consistently do a great job at my apartment. Are they the absolute cheapest in La-La Land? No. But they're very fairly priced for what they do. Their initial deep clean was phenomenal, and the upkeep has been consistently good - especially considering that I now don't do ANYTHING cleaning-wise between weekly visits (who has time when you work F/T, are 8 mos preggo and have a toddler?) *and* I have a long-haired black dog who sheds enough to manufacture sweaters out of.
