PEREZ CLEANING SERVICE is astounding. Transformational (in our case!). Before the pandemic we used them and they worked wonders. Alot of square footage but 3 people forged ahead and did a great job. THIS TIME....THE KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY ROOM! It was sooo far gone that our own spot cleaning couldn't even make a dent. it was downright scary! But even after we sent Judith photos she was totally undaunted.And so her FAHbulous daughter Liz brought two amazing, sincere, skilled and indomitable women who dismantled everything, scoured and cleaned every single surface, and put it all together again so perfectly it was like some Disney cartoon fairytale entities created magic and then disappeared and left us in a dream kitchen that is SO glowing we almost need sunglasses to look at it. I've always wanted to get my house cleaned - especially the hard-to-reach, tough jobs like the tub, floors, cabinets, AC grates (window units), etc. Perez Cleaning Service impressed me before they ever started cleaning! Four wonderful women came to the door, but to me, it felt more like an army of superheroes were here to save the day (more like the whole month)! Liz asked if there were any areas in particular that I needed help with, or if there was anything I wanted them to prioritize. I told her the things I was having trouble with, and within two minutes, they were all hard at work. I was so excited!!! Health problems prevent me from doing the hard, "scrubby" jobs like cleaning the bathtub and dusting ceiling fans, etc. These ladies worked so quickly, I couldn't believe they had finished everything!! They even did more than I asked, simply because they could see there was a need. My ceiling fans are clean, the once-super-yucky AC grates are spotless, my kitchen is beautiful, the stove and refrigerator are sparkling, the bathroom is clean and fresh, and I've never been able to get the tub as clean as they did today! Woweee! The Perez Cleaning Service ladies came in like gang-busters and started in the back of the house and worked forward, hitting my bedroom, hallway, bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen....I had asked for a deep clean, and that's what I got, and more! My walls and cupboards look like I just painted them; they scrubbed my fridge and under my bed, the stove, the baseboards, ceiling fans, the inside windows and sills, etc. The 4 ladies and the owner, Judith, wore masks the whole time. Judith came at the beginning and the end, and her daughter, who did the walk thru before and after, stayed and worked with the other 3 ladies. I am so impressed with the Perez Cleaning Service, who were patient with me as I set up a Venmo account ahead of time to put in the down payment. There was only one hiccup; they were late arriving, past the 2 hour time window they gave me. But when I contacted Judith, she found out where the crew was and gave me and ETA, which I appreciated. I wish I had good things to say about this cleaning service as I met Judith and another member of her team and they seemed great. Very nice people. Unfortunately, there was one disappointment after another in regards to service. It took me 4-5 days just to get in contact with anyone. I left voicemails and I sent text messages and was finally contacted. We arranged for a meeting to come see the house so that they could quote me, and after 25 minutes had passed I assumed they weren't coming. Finally someone showed up as I was leaving for work. They came and viewed my home on a Friday and told me that I would have a quote via email by Monday. It is now the following Friday and I haven't heard from them at all and they are not returning my messages. Completely unprofessional and disappointing as I have a large home that needs regular cleaning and would have meant good business. I wish them luck with their future clients but I am 100% dumbfounded at the poor service I personally received. read more

I inquired via yelp and received a quote promptly from Judith and was able to schedule a deep cleaning exactly when I wanted to, the upcoming Saturday. I highly recommend Perez Cleaning Services! I called, and got a return call almost immediately. I had to change my appointment date at the last minute and they cheerfully accommodated me. On the day, I got a whole crew of friendly folks who showed up exactly on time and got right to work. They did everything - even the windows which was great. My first time using a cleaning service and I'm in love! Judith was so accommodating and pleasant when scheduling my appointment. (She's very busy - I took it as a good sign!) I had Perez cleaning service come in last Thursday for a deep cleaning and then will continue each week. I wasn't able to be there and came home late that night, I new it would be a good cleaning as I heard from everyone else how good they are. When I walked in I was so happy! They went above and beyond what I expected. My blinds were clean, my toaster, the stove, things I've tried cleaning and just couldn't get off were now clean! I'm moving to Burbank from out of the area and had a friend try to help me find a cleaning service to clean our apartment before we move in. They reached out to Judith over a week ago to get information. Judith took my number and said she would give me a call and make arrangements herself directly. I waited but never heard from her. Then I reached out to Judith leaving a voicemail and sending her text messages trying to get some idea of availability and a quote. After several hours I got a generic text response asking square footage of apartment which I had already given in the previous text as well as other information that I had already given. I responded and gave the information again with no response. Skip forward to today... I get a text message from Judith saying that she's booked up and has no availability and hopes I have success finding another cleaning service. I don't understand why it takes 4 1/2 days to respond to an inquiry if you're booked and don't have any spots available? Luckily I was able to find another cleaning company that did the job yesterday. Glad I wasn't waiting around for this company. From her review, she seems to be good at what she does but I have to say that from my standpoint the lack of customer service and follow through was disappointing. read more

I just got the deep cleaning done at my apartment and I am so amazed. The same four women came out to clean my apartment again so I knew them and they were familiar with my place. My super busy season at work just ended and I've been traveling a lot so things around here really needed a deep cleaning to get eveything back on track. I'm so happy I paid for the extra cleaning because these cleaners are so attentive to detail. They saw things to clean I didn't even realize were dirty, dusted things I hadn't looked at in a long time like the top of the refrigerator for example. In LA we have a lot of dust in the air, so the windowsills and baseboards gradually get so dirty even if you vacuum and clean a lot yourself you will miss things. And these cleaners will find those things and clean them. You know when you have a cleaner come and just make things look clean? Not these people! Judith sent her team to clean our small home that probably hasn't had a deep clean since we moved in...8 years ago.
