If only you Yelpers knew how many cleaners (both private and via pro services) I've gone through... Seriously, it's been like the same pace that Murphy Brown used to go through secretaries. (Yep... I was that kid who watched Murphy Brown and Thirtysomething when I was all of 10. What?) Anyway, I can't say enough nice things about Clean Queens L.A.'s owner, Aleks, her sister Sofia, and their service. They've accommodated my schedule and periodic changes, listened to my requests, and consistently do a great job at my apartment. Are they the absolute cheapest in La-La Land? No. But they're very fairly priced for what they do. Their initial deep clean was phenomenal, and the upkeep has been consistently good - especially considering that I now don't do ANYTHING cleaning-wise between weekly visits (who has time when you work F/T, are 8 mos preggo and have a toddler?) *and* I have a long-haired black dog who sheds enough to manufacture sweaters out of. We needed more than just a dust and mop, and wanted someone who spoke English so we could communicate easily. Aleks and her crew made it their mission to tackle all those things we just hadn't gotten to over the last few months of a kitchen remodel. Clean Queens did a deep clean on our new house in Burbank before we moved in and cleared out an amazing amount of dust and buildup. They spent 8 hours making it sparkle for move in. They took the time after to walk me through some of the trickier stuff that requires upkeep, and gave me some tips on caring for the hardwood floors. (I've never had those before.) I foster for the local animal shelter, and we recently had a bad viral outbreak, and I needed to deep-clean my fostering room ASAP in order to continue fostering (and to protect my pets). I have a bum leg and I couldn't properly clean, so I called these ladies. They came right over and cleaned the place for 6 hours, top to bottom! I haven't seen my room this clean since I first moved into my house! After seeing how beautiful the place became after their work, I realized I need this service more often! They'll go over an action plan with you in terms of which hot spots you want tackled, whether you want anything organized or set aside, etc. Super professional and wonderful to have over! Clean Queens are awesome. They do a detailed job and leave no stone un-turned.I come from a germaphobe household so i needed a really well done deep clean. Boy did the house need it. The difference was night and day, felt like a brand new home. They cleaned the walls, the floorboards, stove, etc. There was a lot to do but they did it! I especially was impressed by their knowledge of cleaning products and methods to clean certain areas or items. Their crew was also super friendly and easy to communicate with. I hired the Clean Queens to help me out at a party I was throwing at my home. I was expecting around 60 people and knew I was going to need the help. I know it was an unusual request when I called but Aleks felt like this was something she could do. Boy did they ever! They arrived early and got to work right away. They helped with food prep, they hung last minute decorations, and candles. Throughout the night they kept the house, bathroom and backyard clean by making the rounds regularly. They kept the food table clean and replenished anything running low. All of this work came with a great attitude and work ethic. I can really see the pride Aleks takes in her work. They do a decent job at cleaning but have most times left details for me to "clean/fix" after they leave. They need to get their stuff together, on the edge of being a top notch group. There have been so many not having their "it" togethers with me that I truly think for the price and my experience I can do better. I'm busy and don't need the drama. I've gone through all there reviews they seem pretty good. But i have called more than 3 times and i didn't recieve a call back from them !! Unbelievable. I left voicemails and sent them an email. No response. I will definitely be contacting another company. I wouldn't recommend this company. If your not trying to waist your time i wouldn't count on the clean queens. And i think this review is necessary to let people know of what could happen to you in the future if you call them later on and this happens to you. My friend Jan reccomended this company to me.
