I was able to get a quote online and everything was handled seamlessly. The house looked and smelled fresher compared to before, which was a huge relief! While I did have to remind the ladies a few times to wipe the light switches, and a few spots were still missed, i dont blame them since its a larger home and they had already spent 3+ hours cleaning. It's tiring! I ended up spending another 1 hour myself spot cleaning after they left, but thats due to my own OCD higher standards. Love that they made my carpets looked vacuumed. Multiple messages immediately back to back telling you to pay up. I didn't have a day open to do it. I'm not paying a deposit until I have a schedule to allow it. The contract is ridiculous. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. I'm not into arguing about how my carpet was vacuumed. Because I did not use the service it would be inappropriate to give a negative star rating. But I can give everyone a heads up so they know what they are dealing with.

I submitted a project request on February 26th for a move-out deep cleaning. I understood that this…read morewas a last-minute request and that availability might be limited. Ella was very persistent and communicative in requesting the job and initially quoted $280 for the deep cleaning service. When Ella arrived on February 28th, she conducted an inspection and increased the price from $280 to $500, which was a $220 increase. Originally, I had requested that all cabinets be wiped out, but I later changed that request to cleaning them only on an "as-needed" basis. After some discussion, the price was lowered to $430, which I agreed to. Most of the items had already been removed from the apartment, so I decided to check the first room to ensure the cleaning was being done properly. When I inspected the en-suite bathroom, I immediately noticed that the bathtub had not been cleaned, even though the rest of the room appeared presentable. I informed Ella that the shower had not been properly cleaned. Instead of acknowledging the oversight, she offered several excuses and said they would go back and fix it. In my view, when you are hired to do a job--especially a deep clean--it should be done thoroughly the first time. At that point, I decided I could not pay the full amount without inspecting the work myself. When Ella told me they were finished, I explained that I would need to complete my own inspection before paying the remaining balance. They were unhappy about this and became argumentative. My original plan was to pay $215 upfront and the remainder after inspection, but against my better judgment, I paid $330 before inspecting the apartment. Upon entering the unit, it appeared somewhat clean at first glance, but it did not have the level of detail or finish one would expect from a deep cleaning service. There was no sense that the unit had been thoroughly refreshed or prepared for move-out inspection. The biggest issue was the floors. I was told they had been cleaned, but when I checked myself using a paper towel, there were multiple areas where the floors clearly had not been cleaned at all. Instead of acknowledging this, Ella claimed the floors had never been cleaned previously and that was why they appeared so dirty. Overall, the work completed felt like a surface-level cleaning rather than the deep cleaning service that was promised and priced accordingly. Because of this experience, I would not hire this company again.
